Under normal circumstances, this would have been a 5 – star review.
This location has a great, clean dining room and fast service! The food is on point, fries come to you hot & crispy. Until there, this McD is pretty darn good!
However, I was utterly shocked and taken aback when I went to use the restroom and two men were sharing the stall quietly talking about “half the money” “don’t worry about it” and more… I returned to my table and a couple minutes later, a tall thin white guy (in McDonald’s uniform) quickly came out of the restroom and disappeared behind the counter (he has been out of site since) the other person was a younger looking light-skinned tall and thin guy with an afro. I can’t be absolutely certain of what they were doing BUT if you have to hide in a McDonald’s bathroom stall to do it, something is seriously wrong.
I won’t be returning to this location.
(before leaving, I did ask another associate what his name was… The associate told me his name is Gabe.)

I absolutely ENJOY coming to this location when the Counter Girl Skylar is at work. Greeted cheerily with a huge smile, is customer service i haven’t seen since i was a store manager of a Dunkin. It’s like i trained her, she’s kind and caring and does her job exceptionally well. Wanna have your order taken by a real person? Come to this mcds. Skylar will be waiting with an infectious smile. She’s also extremely proficient with taking orders and reading your order back to you. She actually cares about her job and wants to work.

I smelled my food and something smelled fishy alright. It smelt terrible! I was now scared on the way back home knowing I would have to eat whatever this diabolical smell was coming from when I got home. My fries? Don’t even get me started on the fries. They taste like straight up chemicals. The sprite? Doesn’t taste like sprite to me! Food overall is a 1/5. Do not recommend. Oh by the way, what’s this black thing in my fries?

Do not come to this McDonald! Employee is very rude. We ordered a large fries and when we got home it’s not even filled half way. Limpy old fries and it’s not even close to closing time nor if the store is busy. Management or corporate needs to know what is going on with this branch.

Very good costumer service, the catsup and drinks area was a mess when we arrived but took a second for the manager to fix it.
The food is very fresh!

The kids wanted to try the adult happy meals but they are very popular and they was sold out.

Worst food and service I have ever had! Staff was rude food was cold and hard absolutely terrible!!! It was almost 6:30 a.m. they would not open the doors to let us in. Had to go through the drive-thru. After ordering the food getting down the road realized they gave us the wrong order. At 6:30 in the morning food should have been fresh and hot not cold and hard. This McDonald’s off exit 333 should be flagged for sure worst food /service ever!

No one in the place knows what is going on or whom Is doing what or possible doing? You get shorted on tour order and it is your fault. Look at the size of this sandwich that cost 4.79 cents and has someones finger print in the sauce on top of bun.
