Okay Im changing my review…just went tonight and even after they made me pull up and wait 10 minutes this was one of the burgers they gave me. The large fry was half filled also. When I go during the week the crew is on point every time. The weekend crew needs to be replaced ASAP

Overall, I’ve had a really good experience at this McDonald’s location. The service is fast and the staff are always polite. My order is consistently accurate, which I really appreciate. The food is okay — pretty much what you’d expect — but I mainly go for the coffee, and it’s always been fresh and just right. Solid spot for a quick stop!

I completed my order with the app, so little room for error on what I wanted. The food itself I received tonight was OK, But:
– No straw with my drive through order
– No napkins with my drive through order
– My M&M Mcflurry was changed to an Oreo one, and it wasn’t even mixed! Just oreo crumbs dumped on top of vanilla ice cream.

I’m thankful my food was at least edible given the other reviews. But is that really the bar????

Now I understand why their reviews are so bad. The Spanish manager this location is hideous. She charged me 1.59 for a small cup of water. I got a wrap and McRib. As I received my order I asked if I can have a cup of hot water. She said, she has to charge me. So I said, ok then she charged as a small coffee. I told her it is coffee not water. But she said, it is water with coffee, smh.

They don’t even have the item to key in for water because most places DONT CHARGE hot water for coffee price!!! Geez, either she doesn’t know between coffee and water or she just wants to make money for the owner, I honestly don’t know. But the bottom line is their service sucks with very unprofessional personnel as a manager. Who does that? Not recommend! Go elsewhere! I saw a couple of customer just exited. I hope the owner or corporate review my review and asked her the difference between hot coffee water and just plain water.

Tried to stop by in the morning to grab breakfast on my way into work. Placed a mobile order, it went through, went to the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes for no one to answer. Ended up cancelling my order. I drove away but peaked in and saw there were people inside. If you’re not going to be doing breakfast someone could’ve told me through the drive thru. And why would it let me order on the app if I couldn’t get breakfast. So confused and disappointed.

I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for a fast food restaurant before, but I love this location. I’ve been coming here 1-2x a week for 2 years and I’ve literally never had a bad experience. Food is always fresh and the drive thru line always moves quickly. Employees are friendly. All McDonald’s are NOT created equal, and this is one of the good ones.

I stopped here a few times doing door dash. The Hispanic women are so rude. The door dash app ask us to confirm for the customer if the drinks are there. They give such an attitude and rude response for me simply asking. Are the drinks in? The bag feels light, the customer writes a note and door dash reminds us to confirm this. If the bag is sealed we have no way of knowing thay drinks are there. Its a simply question.

They are also very slow, very rarely I go here and just pick up and go. Because they are talking more than working. 90% of the time I have to wait on the order, as it’s just being prepared when I arrive.

I wouldn’t eat there as a customer just because of the employees. A few of the younger African American guys are very mannerly. But the Hispanic women there, and what appears to be the supervisors, not line staff. Are very unprofessional when dealing with non Hispanics/Spanish speaking people

Just tried to get their 8 dollar Big Mac meal in the drive-thru and this order taker wants to tell me at the window that they don’t have such a thing, but I can buy a Big Mac alone for 8 dollars. I tried to explain that there are signs for it on the building and in the drive through and she wasn’t having it. Only once I told her to just cancel everything because I didn’t want to sit there and be ripped off did she suddenly remember they had such a special. Serves me right for going there just because it was close instead of going home. This is why I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in ages. Overpriced and they always seem to want to sneak in extra charges like making your meal large when you didn’t ask for it. Make them give you a total at the speaker so you don’t have to sit stuck in the drive thru for nothing. What a joke.

Dear McDonald’s on East West Connector,

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your restaurant. This was my second attempt ordering from this location, and unfortunately, both visits have left me dissatisfied.

On this occasion, the food I received was served cold and extremely difficult to chew due to its hardness. This made the meal unpleasant and inedible. I had hoped my first visit was just an isolated incident, but experiencing the same issue again was very disappointing.

As a loyal customer who typically enjoys McDonald’s, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention. I truly hope steps can be taken to ensure food is served fresh, hot, and of the quality McDonald’s is known for.

Ordered door dash and they forgot the nuggets from the classic Classic Big Mac® Pack even though the sauce was in the bag. I don’t blame the dasher because the bag will sealed. PAY ATTENTION.
