This McDonalds is my fast food place of choice. I go inside to order and use the kiosk and my login to take avantage of my reward points & grab freebies and discounted deals. They are quite often very busy for breakfast & lunch when I go. But being inside i see how hard a lot of these folks work. At least two of the workers I’ve noticed (Virginia & Felicia) work very hard for those both waiting inside and at the the drive thru window for their meals. Very impressive! Fast food places are not known for their excellent service very often. But in my almost daily experience here, this place deserves to be known that way.

I specifically ask for no salt on the kids meal fries and with my Big Mac meal. It seemed like they added extra salt to old fries. I also asked for light sauce on my Big Mac and they purposely added extra.

I’ve gotten so used to other McDonald’s that this just blew me away.
Tonight my wife and I stopped in for a McRib fix before they’re gone. We ordered at the counter and encountered a young lady with kind of blonde hair and some light green streaks in it. I’m so used to surely or sullen or just indifferent McDonald’s employees that her attitude was shocking!
1. She smiled and greeted us
2. She was friendly and laughed
3. She gave us HOT fries!
4. She complimented another customers child
5. She brought out our fries to us
6. She has thanked other customers for coming in and told them to have a great evening!!
I could probably go on a while if I thought about it, but you get the idea. I actually deleted my negative review from 7 years ago and left this one. If McDonald’s was smart, they’d clone her and put one of her at every location. I’ve heard her interacting with other employees and guests and she’s just delightful!
McDonald’s really ought to pay her more than she’s currently making (no idea what that is) or some other place will poach her away.
This young lady is OUTSTANDING and really impressed us. I rarely encounter anyone with her customer service skills – let alone someone so young and working at McDonald’s. I truly hope McDonald’s recognizes what a gem they have here and have her training other people and make her like a regional manager. She gets it!

Never have had a problem here. Been going here 4 years. I order thru the app, which helps im sure. They are all friendly and the manager Kimberly was amazing today. She made us feel very welcome. Hands down best McDonalds I have ever been too. Consistent and quick, and nice staff. The morning drive thru crew is always so friendly. Shoutout Jerryl, the two older ladies who work drive thru, and the kitchen guy with long hair and tattoos. Been seeing these people for years and they never disappoint. GIVE THEM RAISES.

No prices on the menu for meals, and seems like they are playing games with the menu and how you are charged. Wanted $8 for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with a tea lol… I’m done with McDonald’s. I can get a full sit-down meal for similar prices

3rd and last time ordering large fry and not even filled up. Normally would just deal with it but with the rise in cost, for $4 after tax, fill it up.
Seems like when the fries were cheaper, the container would be overflowing. Now they’re more expensive and the container has less.

Rude employee at the window. Order was wrong again. I asked for no pickles yet there were five on one burger. Mustard all over the bun and cheese wasn’t melted. Hmmm…bad ownership or management?
