I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. On the night of December 2, 2025, I ordered The Grinch™ 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets Meal, which includes a pair of Grinch socks. When I got home, the socks were missing from the box.
I went back the next day to ask for the missing item, but the staff refused to give it to me and insisted the mistake was my fault because I “should have come back last night.” This made no sense, as the meal clearly included the socks and they simply forgot to put them in the box.
I then asked for the manager. The manager was extremely unhelpful, rude, refuse to give the socks
and also blamed me for the missing item. When I politely asked for her name, she refused to tell me. Another customer said her name might be Tasha, but the manager would not confirm it.
Overall, the customer service here was very poor. I paid for a promotional meal and did not receive what I purchased, and instead of fixing the mistake, the staff and manager treated me disrespectfully. I hope this location improves its service and professionalism.

came here a few times in a row at 3 AM and the drive through is very quick and the double quarter pounder is always amazing. just want to show my appreciation because it is rare for a 24 hour place to be this consistently well run this late at night, so thank you!

Got 4 breakfast burritos here that were absolutely disgusting. The tortilla shell was hard as a rock, so I could tell they had been sitting around for quite some time before being served. I also had some kind of strange object in one of my burritos that was inedible, that I had to pull out of my mouth. I will never visit this McDonald’s location ever again.

Cant order a happy meal on app here so had to order in store to get it so couldn’t get my free large fry with it. Ended up buying a frappe so I can get my large fry. When got the large fry I got half about half a fry. Asked for them to fill it up to a large got told to pull forward and wait. Got handed another half empty fry. Went in to get it fixed lady grabbed a bag set the fries in the bag threw some napkins on top and handed me the bag all right in front of me. Most disrespectful bs. Lady even know I couldn’t get the large fry on my first order placed. Fire this awful person.

Actually unbelievable abysmal service. Made me pay for my food then didn’t allowed me to get my food and made me go threw a refund process and while time they knew they could not get my food but still alllowed me to pay for it hoping they fam scam me. lol enjoy what’s coming!

First time visiting this location and it was very nice. Aside from the maze of wet floor signs everything was good and on par for McDonald’s! I ordered my food on the kiosk and it was made and brought out promptly, this even with a very long line in the drive-thru! I ordered a vanilla cone, and my cone was not stale as I have been experiencing in my travels out the continental United States. There is a playground at this location with plenty of room, tables, and chairs to sit and eat your food while the children are playing.
