I was really disappointed with my order today. The bagel was completely cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted — it honestly looked like it had been sitting out for a while. What made it worse was this strange green, slimy substance on and inside the bagel. It looked absolutely unappetizing and made me lose my appetite instantly. I’ve had good experiences with McDonald’s breakfast before, but this one was unacceptable. Hopefully, the store can take better care with food quality and cleanliness going forward.

I am so sick and tired of giving this location chance after chance. I specified NO MAYONNAISE AND YET AGAIN THE ENTIRE BOTTLE IS ON MY SANDWICH.

I come all the way back after making it home , sandwich was made wrong again after waiting 15 mins. It took three attempts for the sandwich to be made the correct way!

I had eye surgery a week ago so right now I cannot drive so I am at the mercy of my family and neighbors to go to my necessary appointments. Yesterday, 8/23/2025, around 5 pm after my neighbor took me to an important appointment his wife asked him to bring her some Mc Donalds. I quickly tried to think of what I could order that this Mc Donalds could get right. Normally, I only order Chicken Nuggets from this restaurant because I am not willing to gamble with the quality of the food. I think that this restaurant forgets that they have neighbors too and I am one of them. Just like I know the neighbors on my block I also know the business neighbors as well !!! So I decided that my safest bet was to order ” A Filet Fish Plain”. That way when I got home,I could heat it up ( cause it is going to be cold ) and I could use my own tartar sauce and cheese , right ? They even got that wrong ! This is the old sandwich they gave me …… tartar sauce slapped on there any kind of way and the cheese was so old it was stuck to the bread and brown. I tried to call the store and of course the recording came on and told me no one was available. I wanted to talk to the store but I could. I would have gone back but due to my eye surgery I can’t. This is my only recourse. So I threw my money into the trash ! I work hard for my money and I don’t have it to throw it away. Two pieces of bread and a piece of fish…….. I mean McDonalds has a fool proof system if they would just work it. So I am done, I won’t be back.

Update: This McDonalds customer service person reached out to me and offered me a refund ( take receipt to store but again I had eye surgery and can’t go) The second option was to get a coupon for a meal which they will mail to me. I will most likely give it as a prize to one of my students at school once I am released back to work. At least they tried.

If I could i would give this place a 0 star. I was eating my Mcchicken and I felt something. I pull the thing out my mouth and it’s some type of sticker. I find it ridiculous and unsanitary. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is just ridiculous. There needs to be a total 180 at this place. I will be going further and complaining to the district manager. Things need to definitely change!

This location continues to disappoint. The bad attitudes. The lack of courtesy. The intentional “mistakes”. At first, I was sure the morning crew was better than the crew that came in at 4. However, I see I was so wrong. I don’t understand.. Why allow people who don’t want to work and don’t care about customers to be in customer service? Do they even interview people anymore or just hire someone because they’re short handed? Customer service is at an all time low. This side of town is already slummy, but does that mean we can’t offer good customer service to those who still patron this area? McDonalds, you need to do better.

Wouldn’t acknowledge me or the other delivery driver at the door for at least fifteen minutes to the point we had to use the drive through for them to tell us we still had to wait at the window, we continued to wait for another ten ish minutes and they couldn’t even make the customer I was delivering fors order, that part doesn’t even particularly bother me but y’all wasted a lot of people’s time for absolutely no reason, there wasn’t anyone else in the drive through, the store was closed, it’s just pure laziness on an astronomical level.

If I can actually manage to get a response on this, I want to make it clear to the one posting the link to complain on Mcdonald’s official contact form under unfavorable reviews that I have already done so, and am waiting for a response. I am adding here because the level of disrespect towards a customer was absolutely insane, to the point that staff seemed to take joy in the idea that I would have difficulty saying anything about the experience.

I placed my order for indoor pickup around 7:49 PM 1/10/2026. I got to the store almost exactly at 8PM. I wasn’t spoken to until a few minutes later, and I did not actually have my food to leave until around 8:30.
The order was placed through the Mcdonald’s app. I have the email for placing the mobile order, which had my exact order and order number. This is going to be important later.

I came in to the pick up side, stood and waited for anyone to come over. This took a few minutes. Completely fine. When someone, who I learn very soon is the manager with no name tag, does talk to me, they go over to the screen and start to look it over.
It’s important that I say that there’s a single bag of to go food already there, and two drinks. A large sprite and a large sweet tea. The only two drinks I ordered.
Back to the manager, she comes back over to the counter and informs me that first I was wrong to come inside. The order was, by her count, for drivethru pickup so she can’t hand it to me either way per store policy. However, she also can’t give me my food because my order has been cancelled and I’ll have to re order it.

It takes me a second to understand, because I didn’t cancel the order. I also ordered 3 cheeseburgers, some nuggets, and fries. There’s no way the store ran out of all those, right? I show her my whole order on my phone, including the code. She goes back to the screen and yells to me that it is cancelled and I’ll have to re order it. I check me phone AGAIN. The order is still there. My money is still spent. I have no food.
I tell her this.
She says she cannot hand me anything. I point to the drinks and tell her those are the drinks on my order. Someone here already knew what was in my order and at least STARTED to make it.

She says she cannot give it to me.

I ask her “so you know it’s my order? That’s my order?” At this point I’m pointing at the bag. It has a different code on it, but it looks suspiciously long enough to be my food. She continues to argue with me that, basically, she cannot serve me because the order number I sent in was cancelled, I would have to get a full refund and re order my food, they cannot make the order any other way and would not accommodate in any other way. Her younger staff are now gathering behind her.
I point to the bag of food behind her and ask if it’s mine.
She yells back “What did you change on the burger? What did you change on the burger?”
At this point she has physically read, at least I THOUGHT she read, my phone three separate times. Anyway, just to finally get this over with, I read it out loud to her.

She picks up the drinks and the food, and remains feet behind the counter as she berates me for apparently ordering my food incorrectly and not allowing her to finish explaining how store policy functioned.
At this point, I’m over it, and am just demanding she give me my food so I can go.
When she finally does, I ask for a name to put in complaint. She refuses. I ask for a store number. She refuses. I ask for ANY information pertaining to the store. She laughs and says they are a franchise, then she runs behind the counter.

No one else in the store will address me. No one else will answer any questions.

Now I’m furious. My food is cold. I’ve been arguing with a manager with no name tag and 3 separate teenagers after my work shift just to get my dinner, and it’s 8:30.

I rolled around to the front to get a video of the alleged manager, as I had NO ID to go on. She again informs me they are franchised and that it is no use complaining, and she leaves.

Never. Again. EVER.

Please shut this McDonald’s down. It has been going down for a while now. Food half done and disgusting. Employees working the drive thru are rude. Customer service is gone at this place. The workers needs training bad. Parking lot is a constant hangout spot.

I’m not usually a big fan of fast food, but I have to say I’m obsessed with McDonald’s fries—they’re unbeatable! I try to treat myself to them about twice a year, and it’s always worth it. On this visit, I also tried their new spicy chicken wrap, and it was surprisingly really tasty.

The staff here were friendly, the lines moved quickly, and service was smooth. Who doesn’t love McDonald’s for what it is—fast, easy, affordable food when you’re short on time or just craving a classic? Overall, a great experience at this location!
