This was honestly one of the worst McDonald’s orders I’ve received. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and was given a Coke shake instead — something I never even wanted. To make it worse, the shake was spilled all over the bag, soaking everything inside. It made a huge mess, and most of the food was ruined by the time it got here. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund and for this location to seriously work on order accuracy and proper packaging. This was careless and disappointing. I got off work late and it was my youngest brother’s birthday and all he wanted was a chocolate shake absolutely insane

Went to get a frappe extra drizzle. Simple order right? Waited for a lil over 15 minutes in line. It’s McDonald’s and I expected it to be short staff so rolled with the punches on that. Get to the window and instead of having knowledge of the order, the young lady working the window says “what’s your order?” Tell her in a nice manner “just the frappe with EXTRA drizzle”. She walks off to go make the drink and comes back with a frappe with a fairly normal amount of drizzle. She put some drizzle in the cup. None at the top on the whipped cream. Just in the cup. Tell her it was supposed to have extra drizzle (this is the 3rd time extra has been emphasized) and she proceeds to hand the cup insisting that she indeed put extra drizzle. Not even in the mood to argue about something as small as drizzle but when people are paying more for something they’re asking for, that’s what’s expected.

I waited to pick up uber eats. Stranded at the drive thru. No response. Not a word of at the very least “please wait” and i get to the 2nd window pissed after a decent length of time. The guy at the window had the nerve to tell me that the worker just came in. What, is he not a worker? Am i talking to a ghost? Shame on them for being unprofessional. They even had me go back in line when i explained to them i was waiting patiently with ZERO response. I felt very disrespected. And I’m pretty patient because i used to work in this industry. They crossed a line here.

Move slow, No sense of urgency, 30+mins for 2 value meals is insane! Drive thru was long. Making fries ahead of time is insane because they get cold. Manager made an appearance!!!!!!

I went to this McDonald’s today and was really disappointed with what I saw. The lady making the fries wasn’t wearing gloves, and nor was the lady making a drink for someone. Their hands were touching everything, which could easily make someone sick. That’s not okay, especially when they’re handling food for customers. This location really needs to make sure their employees wear gloves when preparing food, it’s about keeping everyone safe and healthy.

I used the Kiosk to order my food. Service was efficient and courteous. 2 Snack wraps, fries and a drink. They custom made my fries with no salt. They walked my order to my table. I had excellent Customer Service. Thank you.

You guys definitely did better this time around with the new hires. Also whoever was in the kitchen from 1:50 to 2:00 pm when I got my quarter pounder. Stay in the kitchen, you did a phenomenal job. I also likely that the lady that came out to give us our order checked the bag and our receipt before handing it over to us. Unlike the old man who gave me only a few bacon strips on two MC griddle buns when I ordered a sausage MC griddle. The issue was just the previous employees from 2 months ago did not even try to get any orders right or make the food enjoyable.

I’ve never left a review of anything in my life. But holy hell this McDonald’s is 3-4 minutes from my house so I come here every few months once I forget how horrifically slow they are. And somehow every single time they take 30 minutes. Like I placed my order ahead of time, waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes went inside still spent 20 minutes waiting inside.
