So I arrived and waited in line for about 10 minutes. Once I was ordering, it felt like I was being rushed. I would understand if the line was moving quickly but it wasnt. I got the window and the girl was sitting on the counter next to the register just messing with her nails. I paid and got to the window to get my food. I was there for about another 15 minutes just waiting. Nobody came to the window the entire time and when they finally handed me my order, she tried to hand me a small lemonade. I told her I had a large sweet tea and a large lemonade. She seemed to have an attitude for me correcting her. I didnt receive any straws and all the food wasnt fresh whatsoever. For being in line for that long, you’d think its cause your getting fresh food.

Will cheat you out of your order then argue with you about it. I ordered a large fry. Received a half full container. Asked to have container filled with fries to accommodate the $4 I spent on a large fry. The picture is the “filled” container. Not worth the high price when you are getting back low quality with bad attitudes.

I believe this McDonald’s location requires a new night manager, as Kendrick’s conduct has been unprofessional, characterized by rude comments and an inability to accept responsibility for errors. When my order was incorrect, I was subjected to a lengthy wait of thirty minutes, during which I was also informed that I was requesting too much. Additionally, I almost paid more than intended due to the mistake. Overall, the customer service experience was unsatisfactory and needs to be addressed. What are you gonna do about the situation?

it’s a joke that yall pick and choose for doordash when to give out MAC sauce and extra condiments. never picks up the phone. most of the time the orders wrong or shits missing. just coming from a past mcdonald’s employee, i would never. it’s really disappointing to see how terrible this corporate company has gotten.

Drive-thru service was slow! We apparently were waiting on fries and nuggets and asked to pull ahead and wait. The food was never brought out after waiting over 5 minutes and I actually went inside to ask what the hold up was. I was never told that there would be a wait or why I was waiting.

The location’s score is 91 with the board of health. The restaurant was clean. The employees seemed to be working together to efficiently and accurately get the orders out. My food was made correct though each item has custom requests. I was only disappointed in the fries being cold. They seem to always be like warm which happens quickly with McDonald’s fries.

I went to this McDonald’s and they gave me 3 chicken burgers to take away. The bread was burnt and the lettuce was old. The people who work in the kitchen work without enthusiasm. They need to correct or change staff.

I don’t recommend ordering delivery from this location at all, it’s terrible. They are constantly forgetting entire items, and I’ve used different delivery apps. Double check your order if you go in person as well as even in person they’ll forget entire items. Just completely unsatisfactory service and can’t get orders fulfilled properly.

Went through the drive thru & it has been a while since I went to a McDonalds– I bought a cheese burger ($2.19) & 2 large fries ($7.98) for a total of $10.98. The cheese burger reminded me of the old commercial, “where’s the beef”. Not only did the size of the cheeseburger shrunk but the cost doubled. My burger was placed on the bottom of the bag with the two large fries on top of it. So I’m not sure if my burger was smushed or not. Unfortunately, my fries were a little undercooked and extremely salty. The order person rang up an apple pie for me but then said they did not have any. The server & order people were nice but not extremely friendly.

I arrived at 5:30am. The lobby was locked. After a 10 minute wait, I was informed they were understaffed, so unable to open lobby. I ordered online, and hit drive thru. I ordered Big breakfast wirh steak, but got sausage. No syrup. No butter. And no time to go back to store to fix it. Just UGH….
