I’m genuinely tired of repeatedly documenting the ongoing lack of professionalism and basic respect shown by staff at several McDonald’s locations. Sadly, today’s experience was just another reminder of the issue.
A young woman abruptly opened the window and immediately yelled, “What’s the name?” I said “Hello,” but she yelled the question again. When I replied “Luis,” she told me the order had already been picked up and then slammed the window in my face.
At that moment, I was simply sitting in an empty drive-thru on the phone with Uber Support, working to cancel an order that had already been retrieved so the system could process it correctly. There were no other customers, and at no point did anyone ask me to move or indicate that I was causing any obstruction or issue.

Because the cancellation still needed to be handled, I remained on the phone with support. Instead of behaving professionally, the staff member escalated the situation dramatically—going as far as calling the police on me for sitting in an empty drive-thru while doing my job. I never raised my voice, never engaged with her after she slammed the window, and the only action I took was a quick photo for documentation to attach to this review.

Her behavior was rude, unnecessary, and completely unwarranted. The hostility, the lack of communication skills, and the decision to involve law enforcement over absolutely nothing reflect extremely poor training and concerning judgment.

Very disappointing and deeply troubling experience.

Its not often I have great things to say about a mcdonalds but this visit at this location really made me smile. The manager lady/or maybe the store owner idk had that restaurant running amazing. Everything was clean and she made sure they dropped my double filet o fish fresh to order and the fries was piping hot. This is why I will always prefer this location over that hairston location

There them argues a lot. I ordered on the kiosk at 7:25 and did not get my food until 7:39 and took us 5 extra mins to add a drink to our order I do not walk out until 7:39

2/6/2026 at 5:30 P.m. I went through the drive thru line. I witnessed the manager screaming and belittling the employees. Not once but twice. The first time I had my window up and the drive thru window was closed and could still hear her. I honestly thought I was hearing things. It made me very uncomfortable just hearing it. It was literally like a crazy person screaming on a megaphone. I felt so bad for the employees. After the Akward experience the food was cold and not appetizing at all as well.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a simple burger through the drive-thru no cheese, add Mac sauce and what I got looked like it was made as a joke. It was ridiculously sloppy, like someone threw it together on purpose just to be funny. I went inside to show them the sandwich, and at first the manager with the short Afro and glasses seemed embarrassed by how it looked. But then he went to the back, threw it away, and started laughing about it with the employee who made it, like it was some kind of joke. Y’all need to stop hiring kids who don’t take their job seriously. I spent my money just like everyone else, and I expect to be treated with respect and get decent food, not be laughed at behind the counter. Do better.

Traveled all over the country. This is one of the updated McDonald’s with most comfortable seating options. All of Staff members were very friendly, especially Kimberly. We ordered Egg McMuffins, and chicken nuggets. Items came hot, and cooked perfectly.

The manager was extremely unprofessional. I asked to reprint a blank receipt, and she responded with unnecessary questions, interrupted my answers, and repeatedly waved her hand in my face. She acted irritated and dismissive the entire time. The rest of the staff were polite, but they didn’t know how to reprint the receipt and had to call her—unfortunately making the experience one of the strangest I’ve ever encountered.

You all are wrong for this dry ass burger. It looks like some old patties that’s been recooked. I asked for a double quarter with no onion. I guess y’all said forget the rest. Then paid for a large fry but got a medium. Get another job if you have an issue fixing people food the right way. Luckily, I was able to get a full refund.
