Ordered from the app for delivery and they left out the 20 piece nuggets. The burgers were practically raw. Was told to contact doordash for a refund even though I ordered through the McDonald’s app and doordash only refunded for the missing nuggets.

Awful service. Waited over 20 minutes in pickup spot #3 while they ignored multiple phone calls, then falsely marked my order as “delivered to car.” It never was.
I had to go through the drive-thru just to confront them. Staff was rude and dismissive. Food was garbage. Cold, unsalted fries that were only half full, and the rest of the order was cold too.
Lying about delivery, ignoring customers, and serving cold food is unacceptable. Absolute waste of time and money. Avoid this location

went to this location Sunday at 10:15 AM and I am disgusted and will never come back again. The manager who is a heavyset Hispanic male is very rude and got a attitude because I corrected him on a price that he tried to overcharge me for. He does not know how to do his job. He’s rude every time he’s there. The line is super long and unorganized when he’s there. He lost a customer with his attitude ans. Or knowing the menu or how to run his location. my coworkers go to the location and no longer will be coming as well due to the unprofessionalism of the MANAGER. The employees are and kind
Please let your manager know if he looked at any of the signs outside of his store, the sausage egg and cheese McGriddles are on sale! He swore up and down that it was not on sale and forced me to pay the full price then got mad when I asked for a refund because I refuse to be overcharged!! I included a picture of one of the signs at his very location so he could see and understand and not embarrass himself again and lose more customers by overcharging and cheating them out of their money!!

The snack wrap did not meet expectations as it was dry, cold, and the fries seemed stale. It is disappointing to see such poor quality in the food served. Additionally, the sprite had an unpleasant taste as well.

This is my fourth time coming to this place, and unfortunately every single time my order has been wrong and the wait has been very long. Today, I was told to go to window 2, where I waited and no one showed up.
I didn’t want to write a bad review, but there is a lot that needs improvement. It’s not just about being fast, but about being accurate. When I get to the window, they ask for my name, but that alone is not enough—the also ask for what I ordered. It feels like they either don’t know the order or don’t have it on their screen. Has browns taste like straight grease.

Honestly my favorite McDonald’s to go. Sadly it’s not nearby my house but when I can I go. I love it here because they always get my order correct and the food is always hot and fresh.

Just recently today, my boyfriend went and ordered me a fish fillet I do I do not eat McDonald’s cheese and he asked that it wasn’t on the burger however when he gets back, it is on the burger and I can’t even eat it. It’s Christmas so nothing else is open. I would usually use McDonald’s however today that was my only choice. It is very sad that I am unable to eat because the people there do not follow direction I was told that the manager conveyed to the crew member that to make sure that they were no cheese on my sandwich. I’m sure the manager did however, the crew did not follow through. I am very disappointed six dollars for a fish sandwich and I can’t even eat it do better.

My experience at this McDonald’s was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The overnight crew have really bad attitudes and have no patience whatsoever. I waited at the drive thru window for 20 minutes and all I got was fries. I was the only car in the drive thru. When someone finally came to the window, they had a stink attitude like I was the problem.

We stopped by on our way back to florida and there was someone already complaining when we walked in. The manager kept walking away as I was ordering which I find very unprofessional. The lil girl with the neck tattoo needs a severe reality check, I asked for more honey mustard she gave me spicy buffalo. I got 2 Large sweet teas that I always taste incase i don’t like it but the sweet teas tasted like the water they use to make it is unfiltered or dirty I told her that and she got mad like she made it. She got disrespectful with my sister when she asked for straws. I work at a restaurant so I get some things but they need help

Went to drive through and tried to use a code for a coupon. It said it accepted it and we were no longer able to use it anymore but they didn’t see it. We tried to explain the situation to the girl at the window. Black girl, red long braids. She had a NASTY attitude and rolled her eyes as we asked to speak to someone. On the headset she kept saying “I don’t know what they talking about” with annoyance. So rude, so unwelcoming. Thanks for the experience.
