So this is my first time going to this McDonald’s. I went to go get a coffee apparently the lady didn’t speak English that was at the drive-thru. I asked for a coffee with 15 sugar and 5 cream well stirred as you can see from the picture that my coffee came black and no sugar and I was wondering why she looked at me when I said could you please stir my coffee because she didn’t have anything into it really bad service if you don’t want to be there to work then don’t. Young people are so lazy!

Ordered food for me and my family. The chicken sandwich I ordered was supposed to be a deluxe spicy but was taken incorrectly. I went around to get it fixed, and the lady had an attitude about it. She then took my sandwich back and said she would “fix it” she obviously just went from the drive thru to the make line and just added tomato’s and lettuce to the sandwich by herself. Which is completely unsanitary!!! She wasn’t even wearing gloves!!! And she was just in the order taking window handling money.!! The chicken that they gave me was obviously old and dry! This is terrible service, and I’m a visitor from another state.

I spent $40 on food only for all my double cheeseburgers to only have one patty and one slice of cheese. Everytime I ask for fresh fries I dnt get them. I asked for extra seasoning on my daily double because their meat is always so bland, and of course it came with no seasoning at all. Their phone goes straight to voicemail and they never return calls so what’s the point? I hate that this is my neighborhood McDonalds because they can’t seem to get it right and don’t care about me as a customer.

The McDonald’s on Whitlock Ave has some of the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. A lot of the staff don’t even bother to speak to you — no greeting, no “thank you,” no “have a nice day” — just thrusting bags at you like you’re invisible. The sandwiches are slapped together carelessly, with zero attention to detail or pride in what they do, and it’s painfully obvious. Then they *throw* everything into the bag like they couldn’t care less whether anything stays wrapped or even ends up in the bag at all. It’s genuinely shocking how little effort is put into basic service and food prep here. Complaints like slow service, disorganization, and poor order accuracy show up again and again in local feedback.
Honestly, the only reason this location probably stays in business is because of its *prime location* right on a busy stretch of Whitlock Ave that basically funnels everyone through it — people go there out of convenience, not because the experience is good.
You might not love your job, but you *chose* to work there — at least pretend like you care.

Ordered hot tea through drive thru. Was given the bag separately from the cup of hot water. Had to park and put the tea bag in. Tol it was policy. Not going back.

Went in last night ordered 37.00 worth of food waited 15 minutes for the food and then was told they didn’t have any beef or chicken to cook all they had was French fries. Needless to say you wasted my time u knew u didn’t have the food when I ordered it. Unbelievable that McDonald’s didn’t have food to sell. How does this business stay open.
