Good food. Mostly good service but at time the younger employees do not smile repeat orders or check to make sire you have the requested condiments (even for online orders). Be sure to check your food before you leave.
This morning the man at the first window was amazing. Was energetic friendly repeated my order. Most like a manager or GM, different vibe at the 2nd window. The ladies were just going through the motions of pushing orders put the window.

The drive thru guy was sooo respectful and nice. They gave us fresh food. their fries were pipin hot an salted to perfection 10/10. havent eaten mcdonalds in a while so im glad that this was my experience coming back.

Denise is the manager there on the morning shift and she really knows how to go above and beyond with her customer service. I came a few mins before they opened but she still let me in and took my order. I got fresh food and everything.

Friendly service but I always get honey mustard when I use the app to ask for plain honey. Not sure if that’s a southern culture thing. They also can easily get orders wrong with changed items. Eg, we asked for a quarter pounder with nothing but cheese and bacon and we got everything no mustard.

I don’t know about every day but last night when I went, the place was disgusting the soda machine was running so they’re just flowing out of it no ice. The same lady kept asking me what I was waiting for over and over again after I already told her even after I was told my food was ready. I had to wait another 15 minutes. my three year-old twins were playing in the play area and another child scratched my son‘s arm to where the skin was coming off. they gave away so much food because they kept getting orders wrong or forgetting stuff or making people wait. One guy got called a liar when he said he was missing some chicken nuggets.

I went in cause the drive thru was busy. There was many employees. A couple standing atthe register, and i waited at least 10 min. Nobody acknowledged me waiting. I asked the other people if they been there long. They said at least20 minutes or more. The manager standing there talking on her head phone looks at us several times. Says nothing 2 girls doing the out side delivery says nothing. That was the worst service I’ve ever seen. Pure laziness… I just walked out. Don’t waste your money there.

This location is horrible, I order from them everyday in-store and online. And every time they mess up my order or hand the orders to the wrong customer or they lie sometimes and say they gave it to the door dasher. Only reason I go to this location is because it’s close. I will go to the ends of earth before I EVER order from this location again. And the attitudes are horrible. Didn’t even ask if I would like to order anything else after the fact, one of the staff members as they claim “Gave my order to someone else. Crazy works. Very unprofessional and they play all day. And they’re working with food, why no one wear a hair net. Yes, have also found hair in the food on multiple occasions

I enjoy the music that they play, and the temperature is always comfortable. I’m typically here using the free wifi but when I do get food its good.
