This store has become a terrible spot to go to. I ordered food for me and my kids today. Three meals were the same. How do you charge me for a 10 piece nugget combo but give me four in the box? I wish I had thoroughly checked my bag before leaving. The store is dirty a lot and the employees act like they’re in a club. Customer service is definitely not practiced in this store. I’ll stick to the Conyers store.

Placed a mobile order for counter pickup, went inside with my grandkids and waited a couple minutes for the order, then went to the counter and the young lady said the code I gave her was a drive-thru code. In the interim my granddaughter came up and told me there were dead rats in the play area, so I went to check, and yes there were three mice stuck on glue boards right near the slide that they come down. And with the other trash there it’s clear they don’t clean very often. I went to the front counter to ask for a manager and told the young lady why I needed to speak with the manager, and no one ever came but my granddaughters and I left to go through the drive-thru to pick up my order. After waiting 8 minutes in the Drive-Thru, the young lady at the order window said they didn’t have my order so we went back and forth for a moment before she told me to pull forward so we can figure it out. When she took my information, she came back to the window told me that they did have my order inside, not drive thru, as someone inside had incorrectly told me. So I got my order at the second window, and of course the fries were cold so I asked her for new fries. After all that, as we were driving away we realized we didn’t get the apple juice we ordered, so I drove around, parked and go back in to get the apple juice.

My food was good I ate there around 11:00pm so it was hot after eating all my food 30minutes later was throwing up it’s 3:00pm I’ve threw up twice so bad my stomach hurts and I can’t stop using the bathroom. So I go to the reviews and I see a lady had post last month that she seen three rats in the children play area and posted pics. Which made me even more sicker the thought that rat poop could have been in the grease. Or dropping where my food was made… good luck eating here.i won’t be eating here ever again this makes me not wanna eat out ever again.

Service was extremely backed up and the food came out wrong. Bathrooms were smelling super bad. The manager on duty was being rude to her employees so you can imagine the way the employees were acting. The playplace is still lit for the kids though. They had a blast.

Seems like this place has a reputation of taking their time. It’s a fast food place not, There is absolutely no reason why you should have every car in the drive through waiting in the parking spaces for food. I placed a mobile order to sit and wait 10mins for my food. I ordered monopoly items only to not receive the stickers.

I absolutely abhor this location. Between this store, the one by Stonecrest Mall, and the one on Panola this is by far the worst which says a LOT.

On this particular occasion, I placed an order in the app at 10:39 PM EST for two items (Fish Filet and a drink) and arrived at the menu sign at 10:40. I was promptly told that they would not serve me as the restaurant was now closed. I asked if the hours online were posted incorrectly and they told me they were correct, they closed at 11 PM, but they started to close down at 10:45 PM because their employees needed to get home and basically alluded to me needing to respect that. I said its 10:41 so we havent reached that time. Nobody on the other end of the microphone responded. I sat in the drive through (no other cars were present) sitting writing this and someone else came on the mic to say they are currently closed and I let them know someone had told me, but I wanted to make note of this poor experience promptly and they told me to just have a good night.

I was also told to cancel my own order in the app and had used a promo code and you can’t use a promo again for 15 minutes so that was great.

This location does not care about their customers whatsoever and it seems neither does the owner nor corporate.

My recent experience at McDonald’s @ Evans Mill Road was absolutely terrible. The drive-thru line was excruciatingly slow, resulting in a frustrating wait. The lack of movement in the line made me question whether anyone was actually working to cater to customers’ needs.

What made matters worse was the complete absence of urgency and customer service displayed by the employees. They seemed disinterested, barely acknowledging customers and showing no concern for the lengthy wait times. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.

Upon receiving my order, it was disappoiting to find that the food was cold. It was clear that it had been sitting around for a significant amount of time before finally reaching me. The lack of care put into preparing the food was apparent, and it was truly disappointing.

Furthermore, missing items from my order only added to the frustrating experience. The fries, which were essential to the meal, were not only missing salt but were also cold. It was evident that the employees had neglected to ensure the quality and completeness of the order.

To top it all off, the employees’ rudeness was the final blow to this terrible experience. Their unpleasant demeanor and lack of professionalism were extremely off-putting. It seemed like they had no interest in providing even the most basic. Do not waste your time coming here!!!!!

Help me understand how is it every time I come to this particular McDonald’s it is so hard to get a double cheeseburger which has only four ingredients which is ketchup,mustard, pickles and onions and the only thing I ask for is extra onions and mustard every time they have to remake the same order at least two times on my pickup. And this time someone tried to be funny and poured nothing but onions on my sandwich which I took pictures of and going to send it to corporate.Get some people that want to work in there if you don’t like your job then quit but every time you get my order wrong you will be making it over and I will report you each time

The customers service is very horrible omg. I understand ordering before using the bathroom key but when you see a kid having to go bad , there’s no reason to be rude. These people from the manager (who’s the worst) to the workers are the worse. It’s horrible.

I placed an order on the mobile app for breakfast. When I arrived, they told me they switched over to lunch, but refused to give me a refund. They told me to cancel the order on my app but couldn’t tell me how to. When the app told me they couldn’t cancel the order because it was already being made, they then told me they would give me the equivalent of what I ordered, then refused to do so. I ended up getting LESS than the equivalent for what I paid for. TERRIBLE service
