This one is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good and fresh and quick. Other times slow food is warm and customers service people can get grumpy. And the fries were put into the bag so that all the fries would fall out.

This location really needs to be trained on so many things. I recently moved to this area and have been to this location about 3 times in 4 months. Each time I have gone, I was asked to pull to a spot (for a McDouble, nuggets and fries) and each time the fries have cold and the burger has not been customized to the way I ordered it. I always have to go into the restaurant for fresh fries and have them remake my burger. I personally give up on this location.

We used the monitor to order but the service from those giving us our food was ok. The place is a mess though. Workers just walking past the area or getting drinks and not cleaning it. Our food was good service ok but cleanliness was horrible. The floor was sticky and there’s a weird smell in there.

Went for lunch, took 17 minutes to get our 2 big Mac meals, then the big mac’s weren’t made right. Management had them remade, took another 7 minutes. And the dining area was trashed. Management seemed to have no control over employees. One was told to sweep, all he did was make a couple of sweeps with the broom, no dust pan and walked off. In the pictures you will see the trashed dining area and employees standing around while customers are waiting way too long for orders.

I’m giving two stars because the lady I reported it to was very kind. Placing a mobile app order is useless if once I get there you make me pull into a reserve and wait. From ordering (my gps said I was 5 mins away), drive thru wait was another 5 mins, to actually receiving my food was 45 mins! While I watched other cars receive their food ahead of me, but arriving after me. I feel like had I not mentioned to the runner that cars were going ahead me I would still be waiting. Even after letting her know, we still had to wait and I saw her deliver food to another car. I knew it would be busy because it was lunch rush, but watching others get their food while my toddler yelling he is hungry doesn’t make for a pleasurable visit.
