I come here on Sundays and the kid play place smells like hot feet and Taki chips. And the kids are unsupervised by their parents so I force my kid to sit outside the play area and eat his happy meal and watch the other children contract ring worms and bruises without him.
Overall this is a great location. I usually use the drive through and the mobile app. They have never botched my order. And work very quickly.
The staff is friendly too. My son has autism and can sit inside no problem the environment is clean and calm

This location is running a SCAM as it pertains to honoring the Mobile App benefits…I used my app to receive a large Drink for $.39 with the purchase of $3…After ordering (2) Large Sweet Teas and a Large Lemonade I was given a total of $7.42 when I got to the window the young man attempted to explain that they could not honor the discount because it did not appear on his screen…I showed them on my phone and they still would not honor and said it wasn’t in them it was my App ??? I asked for a manager to rectify the issue and nothing was done and I was continually told they couldn’t do anything to fix it…After asking for corporate they offered me $1.00 off…It’s the principal for me not a measly $.39 cents…But why even bother to use the App if you are not going to honor the benefits…The next day I went to another location and was able to use the benefits correctly, so it WASNT my App

This is a 24 drive thru location. I spent $4 on a large fry and it was cold and so was the rest of my food. I worked at a 24 hour drive thru location before and we dropped everything fresh especially 12-4am. Fries shouldn’t even be ready in the warmer because you’re not as busy during these hours. You should want your customers to have fresh food in the middle of the night instead of the lukewarm, cold, old food that you have ready already. My boyfriend suggested Waffle House and I said no. Instant regret

This place has improved a lot since the new owner(s) have taken over. The only issues are the music, as good as it is, plays a little loud so it’s hard to talk to the table. Plus the temperature, it is constantly FREEZING in the colder months. My hot food is cold in just a few minutes.

I came through the drive through and there was a younger guy in the 2nd window. He was extremely rude. He didn’t speak when spoken to, and handed my food to me when I wasnt ready, and almost spilled it in my lap. Very rude and unprofessional.
