I visited this store last night between 7:59 and 8:05 pm on January 20, 2026. I placed an order for a half tea/lemonade. I used my debit card. The debit card machine was right by the window but the cashier moved my card in front of his cellphone first which was on the register then scanned my card on the machine. I confronted him and asked him why he did that and he denied doing it. Please check into this. If there are cameras please watch what the cashier is doing and handle accordingly.

I frequent this McDonald’s because it is close to my home. I have been through the drive-thru many times at various times of day. It does not make a difference if I am there when they’re busy or when they are slow. The french fries are always cold. I I’m curious if they even have a fryer.

Not great. No one came to the counter to take our order, so we went to the kiosk. Made our order and, even though it said cashless payment only (we wanted to pay with a credit card), we had to go to the counter. The young lady accidentally hit cash – it happens, not a big deal. Called someone over. They struggled, but finally got the order deleted and reentered, incorrectly. Most of it was right, so we just paid the extra and ate. Our quick stop was not so quick.

Solid, helpful people working there.. same decent food that you’d expect at McDonald’s.. but you know! They’ve gotten out of hand with pricing… like everybody else.. I’m literally losing weight, I’m so tired of spending all my money just to stay fed.. Idk what the governments going to do but they’d better do something soon cause us millennials are tired of being shafted on a constant basis due to the previous individuals that governed this land.. Gen x wonders why we’re so frustrated and bitter towards authority…. WE ARE YET TO SEE A HALF DECENT PRESIDENT IN THE LAST 40 years… my entire life.. I’ve never looked up to a single one of our presidents… they’ve all been a joke. Even agent orange is a lunatic.. he’s BETTER.. but he’s no role model! Absolute terrible service. When asked about the fries the manager DANIEL said “that’s the right amount, and walked off” . I ask for a refund, he tells me no. I said can you remake my food? He says no.
Food was put together sloppy and the fries were not full. Also forgot my straw and sauces that was clearly on the receipt.

This is the dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever been too and I travel a lot. The customer service was horrible why take a number if the just yell order numbers. There was trash and nasty food everywhere. Dirty tables and over flowing trash cans. The woman are horrible rude. Don’t go here!

Terrible service and extremely rude staff. They refused to provide ketchup and water unless we paid for them, even though we were a group of 10. The food was cold, and after we raised our concerns, they deliberately delayed serving our meals — we could see the food sitting ready, but they chose to ignore us.

This location is just trolling people at this point. 0 hashbrowns with order. SEC Biscuit no folded egg came with all egg and no cheese. Biscuit tasted and felt 3 days old. Egg mcmuffin was burnt to black along all of the edges it was so over toasted. Please, none of you should ever go work anywhere else. At least with all of the absolute apathetic jerks all working in one place it keeps you all from destroying other restaurants nearby. But maybe make sure any future employees can at least read before hiring them.
