Hey. I’ve had my problems with this location but I gotta also give them a shout out when I’m pleasantly surprised. The service was fast, I went through the drive through and both the cashier and the young lady at the food window were polite. I was asked to wait for my food in a parking spot and this is where they got me. Kimmie comes out with my food but she also has all the sauces with her on a tray. I didn’t have time to mention I wanted bbq sauce at the food window so it was cool that Kimmie had them with her. I don’t know who’s idea it was to do that but small things like that get major points with me.

The wait time at this McDonald’s is consistently outrageous. I’ve sat at the drive-thru speaker for 15–20 minutes with no response, repeatedly saying “hello,” only for someone to finally come on the speaker with an attitude. While the food is sometimes fresh, it does not make up for the extremely poor service.

Fast food is supposed to be fast, and this location completely misses the mark. Expect to spend close to an hour here, which defeats the entire purpose of coming to McDonald’s. Customer service is very inconsistent—some employees are kind, but many are rude and unprofessional, especially when customers have been waiting far too long just to place an order.

McDonald’s is known for prioritizing speed and efficiency, and this location does neither. This has been a consistent issue every time I visit, not just a one-off bad day. I would strongly recommend going to the McDonald’s on Harrison instead, where the service is much better.

Placed a mobile order and waited 20 min to get my food. Realize I didn’t get my 10pc nugget I ordered once I got home. I kept trying to call and the phone number isn’t even a working number! Had to drive back up and wait in line for another 20 min just to get to the speaker to tell them my food was missing! This was ridiculous. Spending almost and hour and half to get freaking McDonald’s!

Tonight was one of those nights. I busted two tires on the right side of my car and had to get them fixed — super stressful. After all that, the only thing I wanted was my usual comfort order from McDonald’s: a sweet tea and a McCrispy.

The first location I went to said they didn’t have any sweet tea (basically just didn’t feel like making more), so I went to another one. The line was long, but when I finally got up there, I realized it was literally just two ladies running the entire restaurant — cooking, taking orders, everything.

My husband drove past the first window since no one was there, BIG MISTAKE LOL and when we got to the second one, the lady with braces greeted us. She was funny, had such a good attitude, and made light of the chaos even though she was clearly doing the work of five people.

The food came out hot, the sweet tea was perfect (which is rare!), and honestly, her energy just made my night better. So to the nice lady with the braces, if you see this, thank you. You were the bright spot in a rough evening, and your hard work didn’t go unnoticed.

Dear McDonald’s Customer Service,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the food my boyfriend received from one of your locations. On 8/29 he purchased a Quarter Pounder meal. Upon taking a bite, we discovered that the burger patty was raw and pink in the middle (see attached photo).

This raised significant health and safety concerns, as undercooked beef can pose a risk of foodborne illness. We were very disappointed with this experience, as we expect McDonald’s to maintain proper food safety standards.

I kindly ask that you investigate this matter with the store to ensure it does not happen again. Additionally, I would like to request a refund for the meal and any appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and risk caused.

This is the world‘s worst McDonald’s no matter what day you come every single night the night crew is the worst McDonald’s crew I’ve ever experienced. I don’t see how the nighttime manager still has a job. I promise you every car waits at least 15 minutes apiece so if there’s three cars ahead of you, you’re about to wait in line for 45 minutes and I hope corporate sees this and they decides to look at the time that every car has to wait because this is. Outrageous how this McDonald’s conducts business then they’re super rude and unprofessional It’s like they are mad that you came to a job that they applied for

First off, let me start the greeter that took my order was sweet. But I have been waiting in line for 30 something Minutes I finally get my food. I checked the bag. The fries are cold so , I told The Lady in the window hey I’m not trying to be a bother, but my fries are a cold. She closed the window in my face and walked away so when I sat there and waited for her to come back to the window when I said hey, the fries are cold. I’m not trying to be a bother she Sighed and said ma’am give me the bag. and pull up into number two, so when she said that I kinda looked at her because not only what she said and how she said it came off very disrespectful, but it was just also her tone of voice so I pull up into number two. I’m waiting there for another 20 minutes. I get the food. The fries are hot mind you when I was first at the window the stuff that I had ordered, she said all The Sauces are in the bag I get home when I’m finally able to take everything out of bed because they compacted all that food in one bag. There are none of the sauces that I asked for except for ketchup in the bag all Around I would rate this experience a zero they need to work on a customer service and also they need to work on dropping fries fresh especially when they have a long line like that. Not only that, but when I looked at the sandwiches when I got home, they were wrapped on the wrong side of the wrapping paper and also the sandwiches were cold. I mean, as if they gave us sandwiches that have been sitting up there and they just threw it in the bag.

the worst customer service ever! i had ordered three of the steak McGriddles and one of them came just with the steak literally nothing else. i was a bit confused at first and thought maybe the rest had fallen of the wrapper into the bag but i was wrong they just gave me a plain steak. i went back and let the manger know about the situation, she then proceeded to call me a liar and claimed she bagged it herself and how it would have been impossible for that to happen. Never once did i accuse or disrespected her i was sure it could have been an accident so i wasn’t making a big deal because I also work in the fast food industry and i know it could happen i just wanted a remake but i was startled when she accused me of purposely taking everything out and just bringing the steak. That’s when i asked her for a full refund but she refused because all i brought her was the steak. She proceeded to keep calling me a liar until she finally gave me a refund for just the steak which is fine but was incredibly rude when i never made it a big deal in the first place, i will definitely not come back here.

The food was just OK. I remember years ago growing up and wanted to go to McDonald’s. It was like such a treat. The food you got was treated with care. If you got a egg McMuffin it was probably prepared if you had a drink, it came with a straw and napkins these days you get a meal you don’t get no napkins, no straw and no side sauce. Come on McDonald’s do better.
