This is our first McDonalds review and it’s definitely necessary. We were greeted upon entry by a staff member who was cleaning the already clean lobby. He even informed us of the already noticeable ‘caution’ sign. While one meal was made incorrectly, the staff immediately fixed it. Another staff member (food runner) opened a closed section so our little ones can eat and was even kind enough to engage in small talk. From the clean environment, hot-fresh food, and great customer service; recognition is respectfully due. Although it’s far from our house, we highly recommend this McDonalds if you’re in the area.

Visited THIS location today and 2 days ago. Today, through the app, I ordered the fish filet combo w/ a frozen drink. My sandwich had half a slice of cheese, my fries were spilled over in the bag like it’s Five Guys, and my frozen beverage looked like someone stuck a or their straw in it. ALL not cool. 2 days ago, through the app, I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese combo with a Frozen Fanta. What I received was a Big Mac, 2 cheeseburgers, a lrg fry, and my Frozen Fanta. I’d strongly prefer what I ordered, nothing more, nothing less. Deal or no deal, my order should be as I ordered.

Lucky you. In the evenings at the store closest to me, it happens probably 20-25% of the time. Mornings they rarely ever make a mistake. The parking lot is small and congested. Pulling out of drive through and then not going immediately on to the main road is virtually impossible. Pulling over on a major street to check my order is unsafe. I’d have to pull into another parking lot to do it. Then I have to go back and wait in some sort of a line, maybe not the ordering line, but if you go directly to the counter they ignore you for a few minutes. Then they will happily fix their mistake. But everything preceding that is a major inconvenience. A Big Mac/Quarter Pounder type combo is over $16. Having to go back costs me at least another 15 minutes by the time I’m made whole, and some people have places to be. I get mistakes are made, but at the prices they charge these days, they should happen far less often. We don’t purposely mess up orders. Someone before or after you probably ordered a 6 piece, and in a rush or simply human error, the runner probably accidentally gave you the wrong one. You can easily remedy this by going back to the store and explain to them what happened. If you can’t drive to the store right away, give them a call and they will give you your 20 piece the next time you stop by. It’s that simple.

The food I got from this location was the best I’ve had in such a long time out of any McDonalds location. The fries had a good amount of salt, the burger was hot, and the service was quick. Good Job!

If I could give this place a negative, I would. I have not gone to a restaurant and had such a TERRIBLE service. The wait was ridiculous. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers, and fries waited over 15 minutes. No one came to the window to apologize for the wait. When someone did come to the window, she said they’re playing too much… . I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND LEFT THEN!. But it was late, and my son was hungry from just leaving his basketball tournament . I understand the restaurant industry is suffering from staff shortages, but if they keep this up and continue to hire these kids who don’t care, then they will have a customer shortage. I will never recommend or go to that location EVER!!!. LAST, what made me so upset after waiting so long for a double cheese burger (nothing complicated) they put raw… YES, RAW onions on my burger…wth??? I enjoy this burger in particular for the steamed onions. It was cold, cheese not melted, AND raw onions… nope, I can’t get over that. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE

This McDonald’s was the most disgusting fast food establishment I’ve ever seen. Filthy tables, floors, soda machines. Empty straw dispenser, full garbage. The staff gave our very simple order to a drive through customer by accident. No apology, just “oh we gave that out through drive through” . We wait for it to be made again and it’s wrong. I worked for McDonald’s as a teenager, boy have the standards been severely lowered. I can’t believe I have to actually give this place one star to be able to post. Don’t go here!
