Everything was cool on my five dollar McDouble bag until I realize instead of nuggets they gave me lettuce no wonder they didn’t put the bbq sauce in my bag truly horrible service at 1am

Okay, it’s a suburban McDonald’s. No one ever expects quality food but the people have always been nice. Paper in the burger? Knowing that no one is going to go back for a refund? How can we trust that nothing else is going into the food if they miss something like paper on a patty? It’s going to be a while before I do any McDonald’s again.

Rude workers! My husband went to pick up an online order after work, he was exhausted as he is a first responder and just wanted something quick, so I placed an online order and when he got there they brought him one bag with only 3 of our items, just to be clear he checked the food at the counter and never left. When a worker finally came by he told her he was missing several items and she SNAPPED at him very rudely saying “I know I made the food” basically accusing my husband who hadn’t left the counter of lying….before my husband could speak another worker came up and apologized to my husband and said she had forgotten one of the bags and the rude worker just walked off without apologizing. Then they still only brought him one bag that was still missing items. Then It took 5 separate trips to get all the food. Which was just a few McDoubles, a happy meal, fries and a bacon quarter pounder… I don’t understand why the other female worker was so rude to my husband. He was nothing but kind to her and polite. Completely unprofessional behavior. Then by the time we got all our food the first bag was ice cold. Just a really bad experience.

first of all i had a mobile order. told us to pull into one of the designated spots and ended up waiting 15 minutes for someone to come out and give us the wrong order. waited another 20 minutes until i finally decided to call for one of the worker to come and get the receipt so i could get my food. waited another 10 minutes for another worker to finally come and give me my food. overall, service was BAD, wait time for A FAST FOOD place is unacceptable. they seem to lack the skills needed to work there.

I Always check the bag because of how many times they’ve given me the wrong food. They got it all right the past two times but there’s been too many times before that so I always check.

I ordered my food on the Kia in the lobby was going to pay cash waited 20 minutes in the lobby to pay for my food. They kept serving people who ordered after me before me. I just got frustrated and walked out. This location needs to be closed down, unprofessionalism customer service skills are very bad will never go back to this location

Very bad experience with him, they do not want to work, they seem to be sleepy. 40 minutes waiting for a simple order. Really, what a bad administration in that store, should they change the staff? It doesn’t work.

HORRIBLE customer service. Every employee, including the on shift manager were acting like they didn’t want to be at work. They were rude to me and a couple others because we were able to order something that was “out of stock”. Just an overall bad experience. Plus the listed phone number is out of service.

Can I give 0 stars??? Ordered a quarter pounder meal and received RAW uncooked cold meat. When mentioned to manager he was more interested in simply giving me my money back than the fact he needed to train the individual cooking the burgers. Rude and unprofessional about RAW food they cooked me! So disappointing ATLANTA! Do better! This McDonald’s does not care about service or your health! Avoid! Run away! Turn back NOW!
