Thieves. Seems to be a thing McDonald’s does now. Especially this McDonald’s . Just look at the past reviews. The charge more for less. Ordered a large fry(consistent) and received a medium fry for my troubles. They use a large container though. At this location, they consistently cheat you out of what you pay for and give attitude if you speak up. Going to include 3 pictures. 1st pic is from earlier in the week. The 2nd pic is of the container after I asked for all of the fries I paid for. 3rd pic is of the order I received today. At this point, I have no choice but to believe that this business is going to continue to cheat me and others. S&J Decatur Corp owns this location and are cheating their customers on a daily basis.

The lady taking our order was rude. When I told her I needed something else and she responded with “WHAT!?”. That’s not how you talk to people and especially working for food service Not only that we told them we wanted 3 creamers / 3 Splendas when we ordered our coffees. When we got to the window our coffees did not have infact have 3 creamers or 3 Splendas. We told again for the third time can y’all put the 3 creamers and 3 Splendas in our coffee. The worker grabs the coffee then she acts like shes doing something, gives coffee back and guess what. She gave our coffee back with no creamer or sugar! She just grab the cup acted like she did something and gave it back without creamer and sugar?? And burrito was cold. I had an awful awful awwwful experience and I am not picky. The employee communication their is none. I know McDonald’s is not a five star restaurant this was mediocre at best. I felt like the employees their working are sleeping and not following no kind of standards. Their just doing what they please. I know this is not no where near to minimum standards of food service or McDonald’s at that. I would not recommending McDonald’s to anyone or going to McDonald’s ever again. I stop going to McDonald’s for this reason and come back seem like things have been changed.

UNDERCOOKED MEAT.
I placed a delivery order from the McDonald’s app. I got my food and took a few bites and noticed the meat was UNDERCOOKED! RAW MEAT. I called the store to get a refund and the manager said oh that’s just how it’s cooked. Excuse me!!?? You don’t even know what the cheeseburger looked like and I said it was raw and undercooked and you’re telling me it’s supposed to be?? Whoever cooked this meat and whoever that “manager” was needs to be fired. That’s not how a manager should reply to customers nor should undercooked food even be served to a customer. Didn’t even try to help. And THEN the manager HUNG UP on me. Like what? So unprofessional. Fire the cook and the manager!! I called 10 times after that because nobody wanted to answer the phone. (Also very unprofessional). Finally I got another manager and they told me I had to do a request for refund through DoorDash so I did that. But I’m already very sick and then I just ate uncooked raw meat so thanks McDonald’s, I’ll be even more sick now!! GET BETTER MANAGEMENT

My husband came through the drive thru late at night and ordered two meals and a cookie tote. The young lady said ok pull around. When he received the food it was two meals but told she only charged us for one drink and nothing else. Waited twenty minutes or more for cold food and the fries were empty. I go to this McDonald’s for convenience but every time it’s always something you have got to do better. The food is always old or cold never right always missing something and management in the morning when you say something don’t care. This is the worst establishment ever from management down. The employees never once got my order right. I hate coming there. If you want cold food that wrong then this is the place to go. Terrible everytime. I stopped coming for months and tried again but I will stop coming.

I’ve been going to McDonald’s most of my life, and usually, it’s been consistent in food quality in all locations I’ve been to nationwide. This location has been really good for the last 6 months. But, yesterday’s order was quite a surprise. Everything in the order was good and as expected except for the Quarter Pounder. In the last 25 years of mostly ordering the Quarter Pounder this was the first one that was Raw and totally Uncooked in the middle. ( See photo)
This was really shocking and potentially Dangerous due to the meat being mostly Uncooked. I’ll give this McDonald’s location another chance, hopefully it was a one time incident.

Robots can take over their jobs…cuz what awful… what can u say …nobody wants to get shot ( u just never know with these fast food workers) becuz they are awful and rude…wish I can give them NO STARS…I deleted my app…just cannot..the girl didn’t know what she was doing …the manager Nina was AWFUL AND SNARKY..closed the window while im asking her a question about my code..didn’t get anything…hope they revamp the whole staff when they finish remodeling the area…I still won’t be going back tho
