This location ALWAYS get my orders right. Their lines move fast and even faster when you go in the inside. This location is always clean. Their bathroom is even clean. I love this location. In and out every time. Customer service up to par. Team work displayed.

On this particular day, I needed some quiet moments and some inexpensive food, and I found both at this McDonald’s. It was clean, quiet, and pleasant. I had a conversation with 2 staff members, and both were positive and upbeat. It was a great experience.

I called and asked if they can remake a drink for me and the manager told me they would remake it since it’s been sitting for almost an hr and I ended up still receiving the same watered down drink as the first one , called again and they proceeded to tell me that I can’t come get my own order and charge me for a new one , on top of that there’s a hair in my cup. No good customer service at all , very rude and unmannered …anytime that I’ve been to this McDonald’s, from drinks to my food they can’t get anything right and it be simple items .gotta do better

I don’t eat food from McDonald’s. I just get the smoothie and today I got a large and it wasn’t filled to the top of the cup and she said they never fill it to the top. I guess every McDonald’s is different because other locations do fill it to the top. I’ve attached a picture of my smoothie after taking a sip.

Ordered on the app for pickup, and still had to wait a good bit. Employees cursing loudly about someone leaving the ice cream machine nasty and how much cleanup needed to be done….all while customers in the restaurant, including my two young granddaughters. Another employee sitting in the restaurant on her phone, loudly fussing. Positive for it being clean and food good.

Bunch of young people working with no sense of good customer service or proper work ethics. Sat in the drive though 15 mins and no one came to the mic on the right side, went in and stood their for another 15 mins and no one acknowledged me. I had to ask for assistance. The girl that was working the fries kept coming from the back to her baby nephew to give him juice and slushy, mean while she’s not take any orders. They were Laughing about Uber orders that they mistakenly got wrong. It was literally a playground there. Bad look for the community they serve

They had a 93 Serve score. You follow me, you know it’s importance. Didn’t want to wait any longer, so I pulled in here. At OTHER locations, after they find out you’re using points/app, they start using your name. When you get to the 1st window to pay or get your receipt, they are smiling as they confirm your order. They might even say your name again as they tell you to pull to the second window. When you pull someone will smile, tell you it’ll be a moment or hand you a bag as they thank you and maybe even invite you back. NOT HERE!

I haven’t been to McDonald’s in like forever and decided to get a McDouble cheeseburger with Fries. It was a little chaotic in the dining area for takeout. The kiosk was working but did not print out the receipt. I had to check with one of the cashier’s regarding my order. It took some time but the Burger was very good. Normally a lot of these places hold the burgers in a warming tray. The burger was hot and fresh. The french fries were okay. The cashier was very helpful in trying to expedite my takeout order. Overall it was good.

Seeing the curbside crack head outside the doors begging for dollar outside should have mentally prepared me that the employees inside were only going to be a notch or two more energetic towards taking my order or making sure the food was indeed fast food. If the manager is too lazy to deal with bums outside, I should have known they wouldn’t have the backbone to manage employees correctly. The wait was long. The place was just barely passable clean and the staff were much more interested in looking at their phones than helping patrons.
