I ordered ahead for pick up around 12. The app let me go ahead with the transaction and then instructed me to drive all the way up to McDonald’s. I got there and somebody answered the drive-through and informed me that they were only giving orders out if they were Uber eats or DoorDash, Not the actual McDonald’s app itself. Not only that, The individual at the drive-through was extremely rude didn’t even bother to open the window And explain to me what was going on. I had a code that McDonald’s gave me to pick up my order and he told me In a condescending way that a McDonald’s app Order was not an Uber eats order or DoorDash order so it was canceled. This McDonald’s is also advertised as being 24 hours, That is incorrect.
