I made a simple mobile order for a steak, egg and cheese bagel meal with a hot coffee. This McDonald’s failed to give me the correct sandwich and coffee. I received a plain fried chicken biscuit and an iced coffee which is just completely incorrect and absurd. I paid money for the stake egg and cheese bagel. It cost more than this biscuit I received what a waste of money.

I am writing this review specifically because of one of their employees. Her name is Gabby. Of all the McDonald’s I have gone to in the area. She was the first person to get my order in one go no hiccups no mistakes I sincerely will continue to come back to this particular location because of her. I really think people like Gabby are big assets to the organizations they work for. I wish there were more Gabbys working at fast food joints.

Called in store bc did not receive order. Mgr she did not have mobile spot number but she will check on order and bring out food. Order was paid before arrival and I sat another 20mns after speaking with her without any follow up. This is a total of 15 plus 20 mns of time. She was not listening when I said I had received a msg that the order was ready. I had to speak in Spanish before she would listen. Over speaking and being is rude not acceptable for Mcdys managers in Suwanee GA. That part Please refund my mobile order. Oct0325

I’ve been a customer of this McDonald’s for the past two years. While I’m not going to delve into the taste of their food, I must say that their service has been consistently good. Yes, our order was delayed a few times, they never made any mistakes.

My kids love the playground here, but I’m concerned about the cleanliness. It doesn’t seem like the play area is sanitized as often as it should be. Please consider cleaning it more frequently so children can enjoy it safely.

First time visiting this location after the reconstruction, and I must say it really has a hospital look to it with the very sterile look to the lobby. Ordered our food and it was promptly given to us, an issue I had was I was unable to get the ice cream cone I ordered because “the machine was down.” Overall not a bad experience, just disappointed by the ice cream issue.

I don’t usually eat fast food and if I do it’s at Chick-Fil-A, so compared to Chick-Fil-A the food’s just not that great. The price is good, but you get what pay for.
We got the Big Breakfast with pancakes and a chicken biscuit. The chicken biscuit was just meh, the biscuit was a kinda chewy and the chicken treated pretty much like the chicken nuggets.
The sausage and pancakes weren’t too bad. The hash browns were cooked to a crisp (see picture) but they exchanged them and I got some fresh ones that were pretty good.

On 10/26 Sunday night, there are missing items and burn/ dried products what i received. Drive thru empolyee and Manager were rude and unprofessional attitude to customer.
They need better product and customer service.
