We came through on Thursday night at around 11:30. We had placed a mobile order in advance and sat in the line for about 40 minutes before getting to the window. As someone who’s worked fast food i understand a long line at the end of the night and had no problem waiting. We get our food and started the trip home, as it was 12:25 at the time, only to get home to realize they had given us a completely different order. We had a quarter deluxe combo and a double bacon quarter combo with one 3 piece strips. We received a SINGLE bacon quarter pounder and two 3 count strip boxes. This is completely wrong and just plain annoying. We paid for two burgers and a 3 piece strip. Mind you it took more than 10 minutes at the second window to even see anyone. No drinks. No hey! Your food is almost up. Nothing. Completely unprofessional and we won’t be returning until this is resolved.

P.S. My partner was halfway through his single burger when we realized it wasn’t even fully cooked.

I’ve finally hit my breaking point with this location. I’ve been a regular customer for years, but it seems as if in the past 6 months the level of service has gone down tremendously. I get my kids breakfast here every Thursday morning on my off day, and usually bring them to the play place on my other off day. I ordered their breakfast on the app 20-25 minutes before it ends, but when i got there to pick it up right at the transition time (10:29) between breakfast and lunch the lady at the drive through said she wouldn’t be able to find the order because they switched to the lunch menu. I explained to her that I ordered it on the app 20 minutes prior and her response was “you have to be here when you order it on the app”. So i asked her what’s the point of having the app if I have to be here when i order it and she laughed at me and said “I don’t know?”. I could hear her laughing at my frustration through the drive thru speaker. I work in the food industry and know that instead of laughing, maybe an apology for the inconvenience and an alternative solution would be a better way to handle this. This is my last bad experience at this location as I have had several others prior to this one, and will no longer be coming here. If you order on the app, prepare to have to wait just as long, if not longer than you would just driving up and ordering. If you have an issue, prepare for a lack of accountability on the staffs behalf. I’m local to this area and will tell everybody i know that its not worth the hassle, and just go to a different McDonalds. I hope the lady at the drive thru finds this review as funny as she found my frustration, as well as my kids disappointment.

I came to McDonald’s Donald’s with my family to have a good time, good meal, and some good service, however I got into an altercation with one of the staff about drinks, only because bigger drinks have “monopoly stickers” even though I paid for my drinks the woman would not let me get a bigger drink and when she called her manager he also said as much, but even worse when I got my meal it was pretty late and cold, I ordered a Carmel coffee but they put barely any Carmel at all, when I kindly asked them to remake it since it had no Carmel in it they gave me a mean look and remade it, and to my surprise they made it the exact same, no Carmel, just disappointment and a stomach ache after, this has ruined my appetite and my faith in Mc Donald’s, never coming here again.

I came at 10:30 to get a sprite and smoothie and I’m at the mic asking if it and there’s a girl yelling at me saying I can’t hear you , whattt I can’t hear you then she finally hears and I go to the window to hear looking at me dumb saying I don’t have any change do you want just cash like duhh I go to the other window and they took 15 mins looking at me nothing making what I asked they finally open the window and gave me a bag with a mcChicken which I didn’t order they open again and I said I had the 2 drinks and gave me my sprite and took 5 more mins on the smoothie to open the window and give me a small cup that’s not even full up to the top they were rude and not having good customer service

The manager here is very unreasonable. I ordered 4 happy meals and got 4 milks with the happy meals. I asked for 4 cups of water and water is free. I asked for juices instead of the milks she came and took all my
Milks away and told me that the cups
Of waters were a subtitution for the juices. At the end I had to just leave and turn away bc everyone was looking at us.

NOT DOG FRIENDLY!
They charge for pup cups which are free at many other McDonald’s.
And they don’t even give you a cup!
They put 1 small squirt in a small sauce container instead of a cup like the other McDonald’s.
My dog ate it in 3 licks.
Regret going here and do not recommend unless you want to frustrate your dog.
Will not return to this location and will stick with the ones who give free pup cups.

Everytime I come and order though the app I’m waiting for more then 15 minutes for my food, they forget some of the items in my order and when asking for sauces and dining in they forget to bring it I promise I’m gonna stop coming to this McDonald’s specifically.. almost always they do something to miss me off

I ordered a large lemonade and large tea. Something I purchase often without issue. The manager Whitney was extremely rude to all the customers and the other female manager just kept her head down and ignored everyone. It took over 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. When I FINALLY got my order Whitney tried to give me a medium instead of the large I ordered stating that since I chose no ice that’s why I get. I don’t understand how someone like this makes it to management. I know we’re not supposed to expect much from McDonald’s but this is ridiculous. Thank God for the male manager who stepped in… He ALWAYS provides the most expectational service!! The tea was watered down so badly and very disgusting.

Please do not place mobile orders to this location. It took an hour to receive our order. It took 30 minutes for some someone to even acknowledge us in the dining area. Terrible and unorganized.
