The service was horrible. My fries were not fresh & as you will see in the picture there was hair in my food. I will never eat here again. This was a bad experience for a family of 4 just looking for a quick bite.

I am so disappointed in this McDonalds – my husband got a double quarter pounder meal and one of the patties was raw & he didnt notice until after he had already taken 2 bites out of it! I know this is not a top tir Michelin restaurant but to get raw food is crazy. This is disgusting and whoever is cooking needs to be re-trained on how to do it properly.

I waited in line at drive-thru which means id be driving eating or have to get home to eat…sandwich was messy…so no driving to eat which made it cold when I coukd eat it…fries were dumped in bag so hard to eat as well along with the fact they were old before leaving…lobby locked and long line still so I left even after turning around to get replacements…no tea I assume because they wanted to not have to clean at closing…no napkins in bag…the meal I got came with a 4 piece nugget which was actually a 3 piece…I would call to have them make it right but I dont live down the street…im sure if I did I might would’ve known better to go there or id knew this wasn’t normal…

This is the second time and three days that I have gone to the same mcdonald’s in covington on 142 and the Coke was flat.
But the first time they offered me another drink.I drove off with its sweet tea because I was late for my doctor’s appointment after that I took a swallow and it was unsweet tea. I drove back around and explain to them that it was unsweet tea.They gave me another glass and of another container, and it was unsweet tea also. This time I demanded my money back because they couldn’t get it right. Every time I go to this mcdonald’s, something is wrong.Stupid meJust can’t seem to remember not to go there.

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a burger and discovered a bug inside my food — something no customer should ever have to experience. When I brought it to their attention, there was no real apology, accountability, or sense of urgency to make things right, other than the refund I requested. It’s completely unacceptable for a restaurant that serves hundreds of people a day to have such poor food safety standards.
This experience has made me lose all trust in McDonald’s as a whole, and I won’t be returning. I strongly suggest that McDonald’s corporate review this store’s cleanliness and food handling practices immediately.

Unprofessional!!!!!!! Employees didn’t care that kids were in the lobby they were still cursing and yelling like they were in high school!!! Fries were gross and burnt so sent those back. Burger was cold and missing pickles and ketchup so threw it away since I didn’t feel like dealing with the staff again. Only 1 of my chicken nuggets was cooked through so didn’t eat those either. Headed someplace else to eat when this was supposed to be our only stop for the night!! So now I’m spending double on food for my family. Bathroom had no toilet paper with feces smeared on toilet paper dispenser. Genuinely the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. As a business owner myself I would hope that whoever owns this location stops by and actually sees this location and then overhauls this place completely!NEVER AGAIN VISITING THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Edit: I went into the store and started ordering at the kiosk. The just I was using kiosk froze up and all the other kiosks were full. An employee was helping an older gentleman and I informed him I would need help afterwards. He walked off without coming to help me so I walk towards the kitchen asking if someone could come assist me. Some lady started yelling for me to stay behind some line. I told her I needed help with the kiosk and she just kept trying me to stay behind find line even after I backed up. I ended up leaving without anyone ever trying to assist me.
It’s McDonald’s. It’s not the worst McDonald’s in town. I’m just genuinely curious as to what the rush was though. This was the first time I’ve ever got a sandwich like this.

First off- no soap in the bathroom. I passed 3 hand sanitizer dispensers- all empty. We order on the stupid kiosk and there’s no receipt. 25 minutes later… no food. Tried repeatedly asking for help and no one would help me. There were at least 15 people working and no one would talk to me. There were other people asking for help too and no one would pay paying customers any attention. We spend $15 and had to just leave without our food. Other people said they had been waiting 45 minutes. Do not go here. Management needs to improve and this store owes me $15.

I love this McDonald’s, the kids are sweet and helpful, the managers are wonderful. The restaurant stays clean and the food is always hot and fresh. I eat here all the time, great sweet tea too!!!

When I seen the roach crawling at the drive through window, I should’ve just left. The fries were either burnt or they were re’dipped or something. They were hard, dark, and hollow. My child was like what is wrong with these. They ended up in the trash. But the lady at the window was very nice and cordial.
