The place was clean. Staff was friendly. But the drive through screens were off. Only 2 tables occupied, couple of cars in the parking lot. My tame out order was served pretty quick but no napkins and no condiments.
Only ketchup is in a tray to be picked. You need to request napkins. They are all in the kitchen.

I ordered a quarter pounder meal and a $5.99 20 piece nugget coupon on the app. It charged me the total price but didn’t put the order through or give me an order number. When I went inside to ask the elderly woman at the register who works at the arnold mill road location about it, she was extremely unhelpful, disrespectful, condescending, and flat out rude. she raised her voice at me and slammed her fist on the register out of rage. She would not help me get my correct order for the price that I paid, so I just paid $16 for a quarter pounder.

Ive gone inside to eat a few times before for lunch & never had a problem. But Monday I ordered in the app for a drive-thru pickup because was pressed for time. Do they intentionally give lesser service because they dont expect us to turn around & drive back? I got the BBQ Angel Reese Special with a vanilla shake. The burger was not as featured but the shake was great. All was going well with the meal until I took out the supposedly large fries. I literally pulled over thinking maybe they fell out in the bag. Their fries are generally the best, fresh, hot & salty. What I received was a disgrace for $13!

5/28/25 I do get breakfast from this location every other week. I usually order egg cheese bagel and hashbrowns. I did the same this morning.
I cannot eat pork/bacon, but unfortunately this morning they put bacon in my sandwich. I had to stop my car in the middle of street and throw up.
This is extremely disturbing for me. I had to go to work so could not confront them at that time but on my way back I will stop by and talk to manager.

I’m confused was I supposed to order at the kiosk? Because I stood at the order desk for 10 minutes and no one took my order until I asked 3 employees if I could please order a happy meal!!! Took 20 minutes to get my daughter’s food even though we were the only people in line.
But I will say the workers were very nice – even though they were overwhelmed with all the drive thru orders. Please hire some more staff McDonald’s . Thanks.
On a positive note, my daughter really loves this McDonald’s – especially the wonderful playground with huge slides!!!
They also have lots of comfortable booth seats for people with disabilities to sit at.

Went through the drive through and the order was right on the screen and then wrong handed out on both orders. Drinks wrong, went inside to correct and get the correct bevs and everything was flat and out of flavor. All pissy and eyed us on the way out, hit a Wendy’s.

We came in to eat and the lady in the front was being rude because my DEAF friend could not respond to her speaking to him. She was trying to talk to him while standing no were near him and got irritated. Work on your customer service because that is unacceptable.

Absolutely do not eat here. The entire place smells strongly of bad oil. Whatever they use to fry the fries and chicken has an awful smell. My kids and I couldn’t even taste the food because of the odor. Also, I told the cashier that I was buying a kids’ meal just for the toy and they said okay, but when I received the meal, there was no toy. When I went back to ask, they said they were out of toys. When I said, ‘Then why did you sell it to me? I asked you beforehand,’ I was laughed at and rudely told, ‘I just found out now too.

I will drive from Fairburn all the way to Alpharetta to order some Mc.Donald’s.
This location was nice and clean,The service was 10 out of 10, the wait time was less then 5 minutes..

Went to try the new Mc chicken fried sandwich – everybody’s in the game now from Popeyes to Chick-fil-A to KFC…I had the spicy version I have to say it tasted like a giant chicken McNugget. Which I don’t like.
Was not impressed with the lack of flavor, bland and the lack of crispy crunch – not worth it.
The spicy sauce was spicy but the overall sandwich is just a waste of your time and money.
Popeye’s still rocks with Chick-fil-A in 2nd! Then Hooters in 3rd for fried chicken sandwich’s.
As for McDonald’s location great, clean wonderful service smiles on their faces very accommodating.
