Absolutely the worst experiance I have ever had with a mcdonalds. Placed my order as I did 3-4 times a week on my way to work. Pull around and paid for my breakfast, the lady at the first window asked that I get the attention of another customer parked in one of the numbered parking spaces, strange I know but sure why not be helpful. After getting the other customers attention I backed up and went to the second window to get my food where I was greated with a how can I help you. After explaining what I was asked to do she then tells me I didnt have an order. I pulled the receipt out and asked then why did I have this? I then got very angry as she continued to tell me I didnt have an order. What looked to be her manager came over and shut the window in my face. I then started raising my voice so they could hear me. She then opened the window and said you dont have to yell and I lost it. I told her that if I was not busy being an unpaid mcdonalds employee trying to get customers attention this would have never happened as I come here 3-4 times a week on my way to work. This mcdonalds has to be the absolute worst one in Alpharetta.

Located in Windward and the place is clean always. There is a kids play area too, you can sit and enjoy your coffee/meal while your kid(s) are playing. (although their coffee machine is broken mostly). There is no vegetarian friendly food here.
Service is fast and staff is quite helpful.

1/22/26. There were 10 cars in the drive through line so I changed my order to the pick up spot. BAD IDEA. Same experience, I watched 10 plus 5 cars that came in after me leave while I sat and waited. I suggest changing them back to regular parking spots!!
I don’t recommend using the call ahead parking. I waited way longer than just going through the drive through line. Said it was because the nuggets had to cook but then the fries were cold. Generally a good location but stick to the drive through.

Pretty quick drive thru in and out almost to fast . But all in all a good quick place to get a snack or a full meal on the go I’d recommend for those days u just need to grab something on the go. This is one of the fastest if ur on a time management

Routine visit until delivery driver blocked the handicap parking area. He even asked a driver to move out of her handicapped space for his truck. MARTIN Bowe. Mcdonalds manager watched all the time. Great concern for customers. They were blocking the parking space for 25 minutes by the time I left. Glad they treat customers with such disdain.

It’s a shame that McDonald’s corporation is not listening to customers at all if they would listen to the customers they may start getting things right at this location. The staff was kind of rude. I had a pleasant experience at this location because of Sage. She was courteous, cheerful and extremely efficient. Quite honestly it was the fastest service I’ve had at this location because she took my order, gave me my change and immediately went to get my fries while the burger was being made. Great job young lady.

Every time I go to this specific location I gotta check my bag and unwrap my burgers. Every trip I don’t check ends with me getting nothing I ordered or a complete abomination of a meal. The pics I’m posting are 2 double cheeseburgers that I had ordered, one clearly was a single patty and the other had no patty.
