I come here literally all the time with my dog bc I love their frappes. I’ve genuinely never been to another McDonald’s with better customer service. I was extremely loyal to Dunkin for years but McDonalds customer service, prices, and frappes have switched me over. They’re genuinely such a highlight of my day. And my dog’s too when they give her a pup cup:)

I was just told I should check my food before leaving the drive through window after they didn’t give me what I paid for, twice now in the last month.

I have never been to a more rude location for McDonald’s. I mean I understand it’s McDonald’s but you are being rude to people just because they ask a question and then you’re throwing out attitude saying ok. I highly doubt that the app says that. You literally saw me order a senior drink off the app and when I had a question all you did was throw out an attitude my way oh yeah, I highly doubt that it says that you can show me, but I highly doubt it says that that’s exactly why you’re a manager at McDonald’s if that’s how you want to continue to treat people then know that in life that’s all you’re gonna have back and what’s funny is that she would not give me her name continued to say oh well what’s yours? Why does it matter? You don’t need my name when you’re a manager at a facility that should be the last thing that’s allowed.

Really nasty general manager. If you’re unlucky enough to get her going through the drive-thru, she talks through you when you’re trying to place your order – repeatedly. She literally MUST be the one speaking at all times. Then she gets your order wrong because she wasn’t listening. When you try to correct her, she gets testy and says she won’t serve you at all. She was still ranting through the speaker this morning as I drove away to Chick-fil-A.
Also, you can hear her yelling at employees all the way from Circle K across the street.
There are some really nice employees working at this location, many of which would make much better managers. Sadly, the general manager in place is the biggest problem and the architect of most negative experiences at this location. I’m being kind in my wording.
I ate here almost every morning for years, but hey, it’s pretty much right next to Chick-fil-A, which is better, and with employees/management who know how to talk to customers!
Regarding the owner’s response, I’ve supplied all the information needed to address the problem.
I recently saw one of the best ever employees who quit because of the GM, and is now working elsewhere. They’re lucky to have her. She informed me that the individual discussed in my review is the GM, so I edited accordingly.

This restaurant is as rotten as the GM who runs it. She must be the owner, too, because she’s still there. I’m an Ubereats driver, (former customer), tried to pick up an order for delivery today. Unfortunately the loudmouth GM, who obviously can’t handle any modicum of stress, would not give me the order because I called her out for not listening when I tried repeatedly to tell her the name on the order. She talks over everyone and never hears anything but her own loud, grating voice. There could not be a more abrasive, unprofessional person running a business.

Service is poor. The management of this McDonald’s is extremely bad and should be replaced. The actions of the employees is a direct reflection of management. When someone sits at the drive through without acknowledgment to wait for over 5 minutes or you can’t get help inside because no one checks on the front is extremely poor management of employees.

I had a really good experience at this McDonald’s location. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and everything I ordered came out hot and fresh. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, and the drive-thru moved smoothly without a long wait.
What stood out to me was the attention to detail—my order was accurate, and the food tasted just as it should. The fries were hot and crispy, and the burger was put together well, not sloppy. It felt like the team here actually cared about making sure customers had a positive visit.
Overall, this McDonald’s exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stop by again when I’m in Bluffton.
