Worst McDonald’s….period.
Every DoorDash we receive is either missing items or in poor shape. Drive Thru is the same gamble.
Stuck with this location on DD, unfortunately. Done giving them a chance. Don’t waste your time!! Rude staff also doesn’t help either. Do better, please.

Just look at this “cookie tote”. Smh. Chocolate and cookie crumbs all around the outside of container(I removed the crumbs). Cookies all broke up and “placed” in there that way. Why would you give a customer this. Just why? If I hadn’t arrived to work,I would return it for a refund. This is just nasty and laziness on behalf of the employees working.

Only reason this location is even still open is because there isnt another one within like a 5 mile radius. Everytime I try and give them another chance again I’m left disappointed. This time it was the burger bun. It was so burnt like actually black and hard like how do you even push that kind of food out. Drive through always takes forever compared to other locations, and have opened and closed whenever they felt like it on past occasions. Whoever owns this location needs to get better management and workers. McDonald’s was my first job when I was 14. It really is a simple job.

All tables were dirty. We wiped ours down ourselves with napkins and water. The backs of the arrest were grimey. The soda had little carbonation, barely drinkable. The coffee was ok
The breakfast burritos were just ok as well. The hash browns were delicious. One employee was rude. The manager who refilled our coffee was very friendly, but we’re not going back to this location, even for great hash browns and a smile.

ordered a breakfast meal at the drive thru. The server at the winow, (KS#13) asked what drink I wanted and I said Sprite. She said we are out of sprite, would you like something different to drink, we have coke, dr pepper,…..and orange juice. I said I’ll take orange juice. I noticed later on the receipt I was charged extra for the orange juice. There was no mention that I would be charged extra for the substitution. I feel that if you are out of a product that is normally part of what is listed on the menu then the upcharge for substituting should be waived or at the very least, I should have been informed that there would be an upcharge.

Don’t waste your time here. Complete joke for a restaurant. No one mans the counter and there is zero customer service. Our food took 25 minutes to come out on a Sunday afternoon. The burger was thrown together so poorly I struggled to even eat it without a disaster due to all the excess condiments (see picture). Then, of course, they don’t give you any napkins at all, nor are there any available in the restaurant for you to get on your own. I had to go stand at the unmanned counter and try to get someone’s attention (food starting to get cold). Finally got some and started to eat when I realized I didn’t have any ketchup for my fries. Again, I’m at the counter trying to get the attention of someone in the kitchen (food getting colder). I finally get someone and I ask why there’s no napkins or condiments out for self-serve and was told “the host” (aka owner) has opted not to have these out because people may steal them! Now, this is not a low-rent neighborhood here. Homes start at 500k! Just ridiculous. It has now been 34 minutes and we are still waiting for our apple pies. What a joke. They said they have to make them……

ANOTHER UPDATE: First, I apologize for encouraging people to come to the McDonalds dine-in to keep them open inside. It’s not the service. I could hear someone in the cooking area barking many orders to get things done, and I received my order pretty fast, in the dining area. It’s not the atmosphere. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, no real complaints. IT’S THE FOOD! I used to look forward to a juicy hot quarter pounder with cheese, or a big mac. Today (not sure why just today), I realized what is hidden in all that sauce and lettuce. It’s dried up, very thin patties that don’t even fill the diameter of the bun! I’ve added pictures of what you get now when you order a quarter pounder with cheese. Take a very close look at it and tell me that you want to order this. By the way, this patty is thicker than the regular hamburger patty. Really!!! I am soooo disappointed at the McDonalds organization for letting their food get to this point. Look at the pictures. They say everything. The least that management could do is not cook these patties DRY and burnt looking. Sadly, this life long lover of McDonalds is giving up! See ya!!! You’ve lowered yourselves to the level of Sonic, and that is low on the ladder!
