Yes, that was an employee! When did McDonald’s allow staff to sport hoodies? Lol! He was initially tasked with cleaning the restrooms, then afterwards he was assigned to be the cashier. Whether he even bothered to wash his hands, we’ll never know.He was rude to the customers, kept touching his hair and nose and certainly needed help as he clearly was having troubletaking orders and dealingwith customers. I placed my order on the kiosk and thru the app and watched as others after me received their orders. I had to go up to the counter and ask this same employee where my order was. He ignored me for a bit and finally came back with my order.This location was an absolute disaster! C’mon McDonald’s, you can do better.

We went through the drive thru…the young man who took our order was beyond nice. I ordered the 10 piece nugget meal. I was soooo disappointed in the French fries. You know how they are supposed to taste! My mouth couldn’t wait, but instead they tasted like they had been sitting there in the warmer too long. That was disappointing. Nuggets were okay, and the tea was fantastic!

The parking lot was extremely clean. The person who took our order did not tell us which window to pull up to for our purchase. The fires were very cold. We had to go inside to get our order. It was not what I expected. Maybe there should be signs to inform us where our food would be waiting. Please take a look into this matter.

Came through drive through….they gave my food to another car….little girl ate some fries and when they realized it was wrong order handed it back to McDonalds employee. As I pulled forward he tried to give it to me and when I refused he sent me to a side parking space to wait for my food to be remade. 10 minutes later I got my food. Beware

The cashier was wearing a hoodie which I doubt complies with corporate’s uniform requirements. He was tasked with cleaning the restrooms before he went back to the counter. He was rude to the customers and obviously didn’t want to be there.
