Went and ordered three nugget kids meals got home and in all three boxes had everything except the nuggets in them tried to call back and all three times spoke with three different managers who refused to give me their names refused to make my order right by telling me I was wrong they didn’t make that mistake!
whom ever answers the phone is the elected manager at that time needs to back through basic customer service skills when working in fast food! And if I were the store GM I’d fire them for being so rude to customers!!!
And what store manager isn’t allowed to give out their name? If I was coming back to fix an order I’m pretty sure I would have had to say I spoke with such and such manager.
Lastly for me to have have called three times and spoke with three different managers on the floor and was greated and given such poor service the home office or area manager needs to come and review their managers

Usually pretty good crew but they’ve hired some lazy people in the morning here. They lie about not making frappes and the workers have no idea how to issue refunds. Definitely in need of a major overhaul. I miss the nice Hispanic lady who worked in the morning.

10 minute wait for an app delivery to my car really?!??? I had to go inside to make sure it was ever coming. Then I was not at all impressed getting a stiff breakfast Burrito which means that it sat out too long!!! I came inside and was promptly ignored by an employee I spoke to at the front register (he was there to do something, but didn’t even begin to acknowledge my return of the burrito. That’s bad customer service!! The attitude of the workers was not good. Leave the bad attitude at home.

Swing into McDonald’s to grab a quick bite. Their ordering kiosk clearly advertises “The McRib is back”!!! I order 2 meals for Tracy and I and pay for the order. Then they inform us that they are not serving the McRibs and had to switch our order to something else of our preference. How do you not know what your kiosk is advertising?!?!? It’s not nice to tease a fat guy like that!!!
Oh and they didn’t give us the boxes or drinks with the Monopoly playing pieces!!! Totally betrayed, False Advertisements!!!
We ordered 2 Qt Pounder Meals which I will forever refer to as Wish McRibs” because now we have to pretend and wish they were McRibs!!!

They seem to be very understaffed. Stopped by around 7pm and there were only 4 other people inside and no line at the drive thru. Everyone’s order took close to 10 minutes and the register was empty for long periods of time, so people had to peek into the kitchen to get some service.

I really thought this place was on the up again, but my experience today says otherwise. My partner and I will usually place mobile orders on our own apps so we can get the app exclusive deals, and I’ll go pick up for the both of us. I went to curbside, put in my number and told her what number I was at, like usual, but the app bugged out and wouldn’t let her. No biggie, it happens sometimes, and like normal I just told the employee that I had another order, gave her the name, and thought all was well. Side note, the employee came out while on FaceTime or an IG video call, which isn’t normally something I’d do while at work but whatever. After about 5 minutes I went inside to see about the order. Cue 15 minutes of me standing right at the register while I was ignored by everyone, including the employee I initially interacted with. I finally have a chance to ask about the order under my partner’s name but I was told “yeah I don’t have anything up here, that’s why I never came back out.” Weird, could’ve told me, but not the point. I respond explaining that the app bugged out and wouldn’t let her put the number slot in, but apparently the order just never went through? But on my partners end, it not only charged her already, but said that the order was actively “in progress” according to the app. She ends up canceling that order and places a new one, and lo and behold, the order is out to my car in a minute (it’s wrong, but what can you do man). When the employee comes out with her food, I apologize for the confusion, and she just hands me my food without so much of a “have a good night” or “it’s ok, it happens” or even a “here you go” nothing.
I’m not writing this review because of a bug in the app that caused this confusion. I’m writing this review because the way it was handled was abysmal. Employee actively talking on the phone when coming out to me. Ignoring myself and several other customers at the register for over 15 minutes. Not communicating that something was wrong with my order (the reason I’m standing around for 15 minute shouldn’t). Just being plain rude.
I hate being that guy, I do! I hate to complain, I hardly ever do. But when I’m treated like this I can’t ignore it. The store is very entertaining late at night listening to staff. They talk openly about race relations and treat customers according to such preference; they scream loudly for no reason other than they think this place is a Sunday church revival; and of course talk about the owner. It’s kind of like going to a Jerry Springer show for a special class in high school.

Just got home after going to this McDonald’s. Me and my boyfriend both got two sweet teas. Tell me why they BOTH tasted like there was cleaner in it. That is beyond me. I am pissed. I should call the damn health department that could get us killed. I should’ve gone back up there and raised hell but my boyfriend decided to let it go. Well not me. If this don’t get solved I will be calling the health department.
