I had a really great experience at McDonald’s today. I ran into a few issues with my order, but Jasir completely turned the situation around. He was professional, patient, and genuinely kind while listening to my concerns.
What really stood out was how quickly and efficiently he resolved everything without hesitation. He made sure my order was corrected and went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied. His positive attitude and spectacular customer service truly made my day.
It’s employees like Jasir who make a big difference. Thank you for the excellent service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

25 minute wait for under cooked fries and a sandwich made completely wrong and cold. When I told this to the manager she told me not to get hostile. I then over heard her tell her staff she was going to loose it on someone. She replaced my sandwich still cold but at least correctly made. But her general attitude was terrible. The service was awful and no clear direction being given to any of the associates. You are asked to pay so much for such poor quality food and crap services. I only try their food once a year. Maybe 2026 will be better but I doubt it.

Disappointed with Quality Control – Burnt Bun Ruined the Experience
I recently visited McDonald’s and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, expecting the usual quality. However, I was quite disappointed when I opened the box to find a burnt bottom bun. The charring not only affected the taste but also made the sandwich unpleasant to eat.
Fast food should be consistent, and attention to quality control is key. Mistakes happen, but something this noticeable should not have been served. I hope McDonald’s improves its food preparation standards to ensure customers receive fresh and properly cooked food.

This is the second time we’ve had to just drive off because they just leave the drive thru. This time we were told just “one moment” when we pulled up to order. We proceeded to wait a full 10 minutes with no one responding. We drove to the first window and no one’s there. Drive to second window and you can see the workers all just talking together. We knocked on the window and a lady came to us annoyed and said to drive around. We explained we had been waiting 10 minutes and one’s even sitting at the first window to take orders. She did NOT care at all, just said “well she’s getting her headset you have to just drive around and get back in line” (which was very long considering NO ONE was taking drive thru orders.) This place is terrible. Either get new workers or just shut this location down.

5 STARSSSS FOR MISS EBONY WITH THE DREADS! I watched her from the time I walked in and when we got our food. Miss Ebony’s customer service was 100% amazing and we need more of that energy in fast food restaurants!

This McDonalds on Cherry Road in Rock Hill, SC is very good, but occasionally a miss. In general they get orders accurately but I have had orders be a hot mess before. This location is well maintained, and the workers are friendly. Sometimes the app doesn’t work here which is frustrating.

Well, stop by a few days ago. Ordered a Double Fish Combo. And apparently, the food looked old and burned. But, was told by a manager that the grease was old and needed changing. Which was crazy to me. I would have never serve that to no one. The service and quality of food is never the same across the board. Never.

Terrible staff. They always mess up the order and have an attitude. I went in the drive thru to pick up a small order and they gave attitude saying they were short staffed. When I pulled around they were all just on their phones doing nothing. Need to hire better people.
