Place a mobile order for my little girls six piece chicken nugget happy meal. Placed it for pick up inside went to pick up inside doors were locked. Had to go through drive-through. Explain to the lady in drive-through that I had a mobile order for Candice Weekley. She said OK pull forward. I pulled forward. Waited for about 15 minutes. Finally got to the front. The young girl at the window couldn’t find my mobile order so she went and got her manager, let me say the young girl at the window was extremely polite and handled the situation with care. The manager named Rhonda was very rude and practically almost yelled at me raising her tone. I didn’t appreciate it. She talked down to me in front of my six-year-old to the point where my six-year-old said Mommy I’m sorry that lady yelled at you so she may not think she was and I do not appreciate it. From now on, I will take my business across the street to Burger King, where they have a lot better customer service

I spent forever typing this only for it to not load and disappear. Moral of my first world sob story: There are people that exist that just want hamburgers. Not cheeseburgers. So if there can’t be a hamburger meal option, surely there is a “no cheese” button that exists, and surely people are trained on how to push it and read it…? Also, whatever McDonald’s started doing that results in no onions on a burger no matter how many ways it’s communicated that the customer wants extra onions needs to stop. I explained it to the manager here and asked if my onions could be put in a cup, and she told me they don’t have that problem at this store because they sprinkle the onions on and yet still, I get two burgers with no onions. We can fly to outer space. Electricity exists. Some people can even slam dunk a basketball. Surely, we, as mankind, can ensure that onions make their way to a burger. McDonald’s, HEAR MY CRY! (I wouldn’t still come if it wasn’t for having two children & a glimmer of hope that one day, just maybe, my order might actually come out correct with no cheese and extra onions.) ::Stares out the window longingly…::

Waited over 20 mins for food to be ready for an online order that was placed prior to others in the store. Will not ever stop here again. Would have been quicker to go through drive through and go inside and eat. Workers don’t know whose food is who’s.

Got a caramel sundae with one spoon of caramel. The cashier was very nice, but the young lady that handed the ice cream out was not that friendly. Do not recommend stopping for sundae here at all!! Called number and it hangs up over and over. Worst 4 bucks ever spent

This location made the our breakfast sandwiches just like the photos (that never happens)!!! Way to take pride in your work, 10/10 for sure! The man that took our order was greeted by us with a good morning while he gave us the dead fish eye stare in return. He hates his life and wanted to include us in his orbit….NOT TODAY SATAN! The attention to detail by the kitchen pulled this review through

Well I’m sorry but after standing at the counter for 10 minutes and watching 4 different employees including management walking around talking to each other some were filling orders at drive through and several times was looked at but never acknowledged or asked to take our order we decided to leave. They had plenty of employees but not one wanted to help the front counter just kept walking by us, we were paying in cash since we are traveling for a funeral. BTW I went across to Burger King and maybe go look at the review I just left them. Hint it’s not a 1 ⭐

If you don’t have at least a 2 hour lunch break don’t come to this location. The employees are horrible and really have a bad attitude. Especially the short chubby guy. If you don’t like your job just go find another one. Geeeeeezzzzzzzz. Took forever to get my order even after ordering on the app so they would have plenty of time. While I was there I witnessed them losing another customer’s order and when I asked about mine to make sure it wasn’t lost because it had been 20 minutes the little short chubby guy had an attitude about it.

I ordered 2 mcdoubles and a pumpkin pie. One burger was good the other burger tasted like chemicals and I couldn’t eat it. The serivce was poor. Customer service hardly exist these days. Took way too long for a little burger and pie, just to be highly disappointed. Never again will come back to this location.

Usually my food comes qiute late (up to 10 minutes!) My collegues order comes much earlier, although we ordered nearly at the same time. On the attached pic you see that my drink was missing
