Service was extremely fast and pleasant. Our food came out as we were getting our drinks. The food was great. The interior felt new, was clean, and had a lot of natural light. Don’t hesitate on stopping in if your kids (or you) have a craving.

Visited this location last weekend and was assisted by a nice kid at the front counter who took my order (wish I got his name). After he took my order I stepped over to the side to wait for my ticket number to be called so I could go on my way. In the midst of standing there..there was a woman who I assumed at the time was a supervisor (due to her not wearing a uniform) bagging orders. No biggie right?! Well she became down right rude and nasty to one of the workers. Which by the way is totally unprofessional, and should never happen, especially with customers present. After getting my number called I asked the kid at the counter who that woman was, and to my surprise he told me she was the General Manager. I said to myself WOW unbelievable. I told the kid I was sorry he had to work with such a horrible human being. You go into some of these establishments and wonder why the employees look stressed or like they don’t want to be there, and now I know why.. it’s probably because they are being mistreated by management. They just better be lucky my fries were HOT!!

It’s a terrible place that I won’t go back to. At first, they were unable to correctly place an order for drive pickup . I had to go to a restaurant and wait 30 minutes for my order. When I got home, I found that my hamburger was terrible, just a bun and a meat, nothing else. I had to drive back to the restaurant to return those awful burgers and return my money. I spent a lot of my time on these guys today. It was terrible.

I can’t stand the fact that they pretty much want to force you to order at a kiosk versus somebody take your order. The girl who took my order acted baffled that I wanted to order at the counter. She gets paid to do that not me. It’s a quick not even mediocre place to stop and eat a burger.

Probably the fastest and best McDonald’s I’ve been too. Line went super fast and food was perfect even with my customized order. Staff was friendly too. Wish all McDonald’s were like this one. Maybe it’s cause it’s slow out of season of Carowinds but this place impressed me.

Sloppy sandwich, horrible customer service. Drive thru team really need a customer service etiquette training here. The so called manager was just as horrible no assistance and just want you to leave. Corporate called on this place .

We did a quick to go order, but it was hot and delicious even after driving home. We ordered the French fries with no salt and it was done very nicely. I would definitely go back to this location.

I just want to let y’all know .. there’s mold in your ice dispenser , that is causing everyone to drink mold . I suggest to Clean it , it’s very visible .. I would hate to see what the soda tops looks like if took off
