I came to pick up an order 01/11/2026 at 11:55 and the manager who is a short Caucasian woman or even mixed was very very rude to me I started at the window ring the doorbell to pick up my order it was after 10:00 so the lobby was supposed to be closed but the door was actually open I pulled on the door and walked in when I got to the counter the manager ask me how I get in and I told her the door was open and she proceeded to be very rude to me and tell me to get out of the store saying I told you to hold on mind you she didn’t tell me anything she never came to the window in the first place if she did I never would have pulled on the door and realized that the inside was open. The teenagers were laughing and she was being disrespectful to me with her tone of voice and telling me to leave. Then I went back outside to the doorbell and a teenager came up ask me my order like he was supposed to do in the first place and gave me my order without the order number which prolonged me being there I will never ever go to this McDonald’s again because of the service The customer service is trash!!!! Definitely need a new manager she has a bad attitude for no reason and just could have asked politely and fixed her mistake!

This is just so unacceptable. There was a hair on my drink, also on the inside rim of the cup of coffee. The sandwich was too cold. I live right next to this Mc Donald’s so the sandwich shouldn’t have been as cold as it was. The first time I had this Mc Donald’s the fries tasted like straight soap and they were soggy. The nuggets were ALSO cold. Never eating at this location again.

Absolutely the SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. 15 minutes since I placed order so far. And I used my app gave them the number and didn’t get the discount. Also the pie I canceled on the order they didn’t cancel and it was out of date at 1:30 pm it’s now 10 pm

Total bad review to get your attention. This location is a case study in poor service and even worse food safety practices.
I placed my order through the app. It was not placed in the designated mobile pickup area but left at the counter. 7:50 am. After standing there unacknowledged, I finally figured it out myself. I asked for salt and ketchup — still no greeting, no eye contact, no “thank you.” The bag was handed to me as though I had interrupted something.
But the real issue came next.
I discovered there was an extra bag in my order. I brought it back to the counter after I had already opened it. The employee loudly asked, “Where’s the hash browns?” I explained I had ordered three and they were on my table. She clarified she meant another order’s hash browns — meaning the bag was not mine.
I returned two items I had already handled and opened. Instead of remaking the order, they simply repackaged the same food and sent it back out.
That is unacceptable from a food safety standpoint.
To top it off, I was there for 30 minutes and not a single table in the dining area was cleaned. This does not feel like a one-off bad moment — it reflects ongoing management issues.

This McDonald’s management and employees suck. I pulled into a spot that was marked with a number 1 to run in the store real quick. A stupid employee tells me I can’t park there….keep in mind the whole parking lot and the other numbered spaces are completely empty… no cars anywhere than she tells me if I’m picking up an order she will not give it to me based on the managers rules. First of all your going to hold back an order if someone parks in a parking space and how would you know if your not at the door to look at each delivery driver and where they choose to park. I see management here are bullies.

Still can’t get orders right don’t understand. No line what so ever and still can’t get it right. Here we go again went through the drive through again got a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle meal. Hash brown good sweet tea good sandwich nasty. But to pay i rounded up my meal which would have come to seven dollars gave the girl a cash which confused her really bad needs to go back to school or yall need to screen these people a little more before you hire them. But get back gave her a ten she gives me back two dollars I ask for a receipt and they got angry. Sorry can say because this is their month. But really why is it so hard no line for wait or anything.

I would leave no stars if possible but u have to click a star I guess to leave a review. I don’t understand how they say their open when you can only order through the app. Then when ordering thru the app it says you can’t you have to pick up at different location. Not only that who ever is working the drive through is very rude and said door dash is able to pick up orders. So basically to eat at this McDonald’s you have to pay extra to have it door dashed to you. The mobile app doesn’t allow you to order from here. They mines well close. Hire new employees who have good customer service experience. I will never come to this McDonald’s again.

This place “claims” to be 24 hours but many times I am not able to place an order on the app. I see door dashers getting food from the door but I can’t place an order and see people are inside. Change this on google, this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. Judging by the reviews, you need to clean house at this location. Unacceptable, HQ needs to step in here.

Edit: Second attempt: Went through drivethru and ordered 2 chicken nugget meals. asked for them to be large, one drink to be sweet tea with light ice and one dr pepper. Forgot to order my sauce. My failure was NOT checking the screen before I pulled up. At the pick up window the lady went to hand me my 2 Medium drinks. I let her know I had ordered Large. Her reply was “well she charged you for medium sooo” I told her just to give them to me. As she was handing me the bag she stated my sauce was in the bag. So I asked her which sauce because I didn’t recall ordering any. Her reply:” what you ordered” I look in the bag and it was all ketchup. So I asked for Buffalo sauce. I leave without checking what she handed me. I did get frustrated and make the statement that they needed to learn to listen. What I actually received was 1 buffalo sauce; 3 sweet & spicy. Lastly the Dr.Pepper I ordered was changed to Pepsi.
Ordered 4 meals at 6:45 pm. Did not get anything…not a single item for over 30 minutes. There was no apology offered by management. Drinks were placed on the counter with an attitude. A lady in the back who heard me asking how much longer seemingly huffs and stated “what is she even missing?” The back seemed like it was complete chaos with no one handling the store or holding the team together to get things done.

The employees working there shouldn’t be making the minimum wage, since they don’t have any type of professionalism or work ethics. They made me wait to tell me that I needed to go back around and speak through the speakers, even though someone told to just go by the drive thru window. The worst McDonald’s location in the Carolinas.
