I had a great experience here. Girl who got my mobile order was great. Wasn’t too long of wait. Most people use drive thru so you will definitely wait longer. Mobile Ap is way to go. I leave with food with same cars in drive through.

We visit this McDonalds purely out of location convenience. The drive thru staff does not engage with the customer in any way. No greeting, thank you, or you’re welcome. Inside is even more of a nightmare. You can never tell who works there because there is zero uniformity. On many visits, employees are always yelling or arguing with each other. I watched an employee become angry over the drive thru so they threw a customers items in a happy meal container like it was a sack of rocks. Wait time is atrocious. It doesn’t matter if you order ahead, on the digital board, or at the register. You’re going to wait 20-30 mins to receive just a simple order. If you need a refill, condiments, or extra napkins, chalk it up as a loss. Getting an employee to acknowledge you is impossible. I hope this location gets the leadership it needs to become successful one day.

I have almost never received my food at the window at this location. I have been pulled forward to a drive thru parking space or next to the door almost every single time, no matter how busy they are, time of day, or order size. I’ve waited over 30 minutes for a buy one get 1 mcchicken for $1. What’s the point of having drive thru time as an in house performance metric if the employees consistently bypass the metric by pulling people forward to make their window time look prettier on paper?

Waited 25 minutes for filet of fish and 10 piece nuggets. Only to find out when I got home. The bun and fish were very stale and instead of nuggets they put pieces of a burger patty in the nugget box instead. The burger wasn’t even cooked well.

The two employees at the front were fantastic tonight with the lobby full of Door Dash drivers, regular walk-in customers and the occasional drive thru customer who needed items or sauces. Patience under stress was demonstrated and they kept calm and continued to get through the orders as fast as possible. I wanted to commend their efforts tonight. This McDonald’s is fortunate to have people who handle their business so well.

The first kiosk we went to was not working. Found a kiosk that was working. No receipt came out. While ordering a customer that had come through the drive though had her food thrown at her and the staff were rude to her when she said something. We wanted to eat inside so we placed our table tent for them to bring the order out. Instead they bag it and call my name at the mobile order counter. Had to ask for the sweet tea my mother in law asked for. No napkins. Had to wait 5 minutes before someone would acknowledge me to get some. Coke was bubbly but flat after taking a sip. The fries were not fully cooked at the top of the fries but they got better after eating some. Chicken was good. Staff apologized for not having napkins. Because chicken was good and an apology I give them a second star. Will not go to this location again.

Partly my fault for not checking thoroughly, but if a customer pays almost 30 for fast food maybe dont make them wait almost 45 minutes and not even put the whole order in the bag. Paid over 10 dollars a meal and didn’t get any fries.

Why it’s a hit or a miss. I always ask for my chicken or french fries to be dipped fresh but I often get ones that were sitting under the lamp as i’m pulling away from the drive through. It is so discouraging

Food was cold especially the fries and the service sucked. No thank you or anything from either person at the drive thru. Glad to see the mcrib back even though it wasn’t advertised. I only eat at McDonald’s when they have the mcrib. It could have been a lot better experience but it wasn’t

I went through drive through and ordered a chocolate milkshake. They gave me a vanilla milkshake w a little bit of chocolate in it. When I asked the lady told me their “machine hadn’t been mixing it well recently”. I handed it back and told her I wanted a refund on my milkshake. These milkshakes have looked like this for months. She came back and gave me a milkshake with more chocolate in it that was mixed better. I told her this was why I don’t hardly go to McDonalds anymore. They lie about cutting corners on their products, refuse to give you a refund and give you the product instead. I will never go to another McDonalds again. I will also discourage anyone from going. Their orange juice tastes like flavored water as well. It doesn’t matter the location, they all follow the script with the same lies.
