This is so pitiful it’s embarrassing to think I actually worked here when I was in high school! We spent over $19 for 2 filet of fish meals. The fries were COLD, and the filet looks a lot smaller than they used to be. Half a piece of cheese- seriously?? And maybe 1/4 of the tartar they used to have. My mom’s tea was also horrible. Tasted like water. The cashier was nice but when I asked her how she was doing she expressed how she was having a horrible day and putting in her two weeks notice. The tables were all dirty except for maybe two. We won’t be back here and honestly I doubt we’ll come back to McDonalds either. You can sit down and buy a nice burger in the restaurant right down the street for $12! Such a shame.

Sloppy packaging. More sauce on the outside of the spicy McCrispy chicken than on the actual sandwich and no pickles. Ordered a double with no cheese. I appreciate someone tried to scrape the cheese off, although it would have been better just to had it without the cheese instead of some cheese smeared on the bun and wrapper. Big Mac was bland with no onions.

If I have to grill up my own meat to finish a meal I buy from you what’s the point in buying and trusting you’ll give customers what they pay for. Asked for no onions or pickles and somehow that means no patty? 5th issue like this and I think we’re done with this store.

Worst McDonalds and probably worst fast food location I have ever been to. Consistently long waits even with hardly any customers in line. Consistently terrible or wrong food orders. Turn over and low ratings speak for themselves. This place needs a total reset or to be closed forever.

I went in and placed my order with the lady at the register not sure of her name. The lady at the register was very polite and professional. I told the lady at the register o wanted my fries well done / crispy. I heard the lady at the register tell them to make the fries well done. I waited about 10 minutes for my food.I checked my fries and they were not well done/ crispy they were barely warm. I spoke to a guy name Hunk and told him the fries were not well done/ crispy as I requested. Hunk said his manager of the store told him not to do that. Hunk apologized for that I told him I would be making a call to corporate office about what happen. I would also like to say the cheese burgers were also horrible they were barely warm. We got the cheese burger bundle deal with 2 teas and 1 French vanilla ice coffee. I would also like to say that they were not busy and that they were doing a lot of laughing and cutting up instead of doing their job. I do not appreciate how I was treated in this location about my food this is unacceptable I also don’t like to spend my hard earned money on food that is not fit to eat because the people don’t want to do there job and make it fresh. The corporate office needs to pay this store a visit and get this store running like it should be and get rid of the people that are not doing there job. It starts with the manager and trickles down. If you don’t have a good manager in place then you want have good employees in place. I also see this store is just a (3) that should tell you something right there. This kind of stuff don’t happen at Chick-fil-A the people are always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. Maybe McDonald’s should consider training there people thru Chick-fil-A so they can learn how to treat their customers and to make there food fresh and hot.

The drive thru is slow it’s embarrassing. I arrived at 1:40 and it’s now 2:11 and I’m still in the drive thru waiting. There is no reason for the employees to have such a hard time handling a lunch rush
This a response to the “McDonalds owner response. First of all learn how to post a link the fact that you can’t should embarrass you. Secondly, how dare you expect me to waste my time doing work for you because you don’t want to hold your own people responsible for the god awful service. These people literally told me “sorry we ran out of straws” straws. Your store ran out of straws and you’re going to send the customers to some BS link that requires you to “prove you ordered here with a receipt number” NEWS FLASH this McDonalds doesn’t give receipts they never do. I was told yesterday that all of the screens were down and that the owner doesn’t care and refuses to fix basic issues. This is a terrible location and you know you suck. No matter what you order they screw it up. Every time I come here I order a toddler toy and which is supposed to be a toy that soft with no small pieces suitable for a toddler what do I get? Whatever crap you have that month in the regular happy meal. This is by far the worst McDonalds in the tri county area. The food is always old, the store is nasty, the staff is incompetent and rude, and it’s slower than any other restaurant. I didn’t leave yesterday until 2:35 and I arrived at 1:40 and to top it off I placed my order ahead of time. It’s not a non issue it’s highway robbery we pay to have quick friendly service and it’s slow and they workers are more concerned with their next smoke break than actually running a store.

I wanted to come on here and publicly call out mcdonalds in pickens! My daughter and I went yesterday for one of our mcdonalds “car dates” and I have never in my life been met with such amazing customer service at that mcdonalds than I did yesterday.. the young girl at the payment window was so patient and kind while I was ordering and my child was losing her mind in the back seat bc shes indecisive.. and the guy at the second window was so sweet and bright and bubbly and I loved his customer service from the moment i pulled up. I believe he told me his name was HANK, so I also wanted to publicly call out Hank at mcdonalds in pickens and let him know his personality shines bright and to never lose that shine! It was very refreshing to have a nice experience at that mcdonalds, when I have lost count to how many times the experience was displeasing.
Also, the food was fresh, they gave us extra napkins without me having to ask, and my iced coffee was AMAZINGLY perfect!
Kindness and humility are rare these days, so I call it out when I see it… especially in customer service. Shout out to mcdonalds for getting some good ones! ❤️

If I could give zero stars I would. We waited in the drive thru for 20 mins to pick up my mobile order. I finally just drive around to the window without even waiting anymore at the menu.. I’ve now been in the McDonald’s parking lot for h30 mins waiting, the car in front of me was laughing, cutting up and joking with the girl at the window about how short staffed they were.. if Pickens had more options I would never come to this establishment again. While at the window no one working seems to be in a hurry, not one apology for our wait or just basic courtesy. I think they deliberately ignore the drive thru until everyone leaves truly.

Worst customer service experience at any fast food joint. They had gotten better for a short period of time. In the evenings it’s obvious the younger staff have no interest in being there. The last three visits I have had a burnt burger patty, hard bun on the Big Mac, and the wait times can be 25-40 minutes for two combos. They push drive through and door dash orders over inside counter sales. They will ignore you if you approach the counter in need of service. They need new managers!

The entire staff needs retraining. I have never in my life seen anything like what I just witnessed. We came through the drive thru for breakfast. When we got to the pickup window, they kept asking us what we ordered, so we went inside so we weren’t holding up the line. After 20 minutes, they gave us our food and it was all wrong. We went back inside to have them switch the biscuits to mcgriddles and they threw everything away and started over. There was one cook on the line trying to keep up while 3 women stood at the bags looking completely clueless and bagging everything wrong. The manager started yelling at all of the employees and kicked the cook off the line (the cook was not the problem.) My sister inlaw even recorded the entire thing bc we were speechless. My sister inlaw had to take her order back in twice because they kept making it wrong. We ordered our food at 8:45 am and left at 9:45. Avoid this place, especially at breakfast.
