The young girl at drive thru second window had VERY RUDE customer service today. She attempted to hand me my drink which had caramel and whipped cream all over the outside of the cup. I asked her to please put napkins around that before handing it to me like that, and she glared at me and shoved it out the window. They now charge a dollar for a small ice water. I did not expect much from mcdonald’s but the change from a dollar for a large, sweet tea to a dollar for a small ice water is absolutely ridiculous and we will not be returning. Especially since they argued with us about the waters When I ordered a large ice water, and they gave us small ones. They did not fix it.They were short with me.And they didn’t even want to give us the second one that I ordered. The fries were barely warm as well.

By far worst service I’ve had from any McDonald’s. Was asked to pull up after being handed one of 2 happy meals and all 5 drinks for my order. The rest was brought out missing half the order. Ladies inside were rude and refused to make it right. Had to go to the other McDonald’s to get the rest of what was missing from my order. Last time I’ll be going to this location. Some of those employees have no business working anywhere that requires them to interact with customers.

I want to highlight the amazing service I received tonight at the McDonald’s drive-thru! I was helped by two African American employees (unfortunately, I didn’t get their names) who provided the best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. There was a small mix-up with my order: I asked for a “cone”, but they heard “Coke.” Their attitude was outstanding; not only did they apologize sincerely, but they also gave me the ice cream for free and still included the Coke. Both the person taking the order and the one delivering it showed incredible kindness and professionalism that truly made a difference. Thank you for such excellent service! I hope I can come back and thank them in person.

I’d like to give thanks to associate Brenda Dendy. She keeps the inside clean and tidy. She is always helpful in handing or offering me straws, napkins, lids or condiments. She is a great asset to this team.
I use the McDonald’s App to order nowadays because it’s much cheaper with the points you earn and the deals they provide. The problem with that though is when the Frappuccino machine, or ice cream machine, or whatever makes the slushy Sprite Lymonade is broke you don’t know it until you’ve paid. Then, once they bring your food to you, you have to go back in to get your refund. If they do have your food, they give you an attitude for having to walk it out to your car instead of you going through the drive-thru.
In the app, it allows you to customize your fries which I always do. I get them to add extra salt. Rarely does this location add extra salt. I’ve had their regular salted fries and they taste no different. The other McDonald’s locations in town usually do add extra salt.

Order two things, a medium dr. Pepper, which we got, and a pumpkin spice latte which we DID NOT. We waited for 15 minutes and still didn’t recieve the drink. Will not be returning. If you have the supplies it souldnt take that long. Do better.

First time I’ve had a serious problem at this location, I placed my mobile order at 7:05pm and didn’t receive it until 7:30pm. All it was, was a Big Mac meal. I worked at McDonald’s for 4 years prior to college and the filled screen they had today should’ve been cleared in 60seconds tops by their initiation body. Very dissatisfied especially bc my buns on the Big Mac were hard as a rock and fries were soft and mediocre in terms of temperature. They did make sure I get my sauces tho.

We came in and ordered our food. There was a code given for a 6.69 medium fry, drink, and chicken nuggets. Instead of this, the meal was it’s regular 8.89 instead and a random medium fry was added to the meal. The employees tried to work with us and did refund the fry, but the meal stayed the same price meaning the meal code never changed anything. I do applaud them for trying to work with the customers, but there was still more left to be desired. The food was subpar to say the least. Fries were way over salted, the chicken nuggets tasted abnormal, the milkshake tasted more like Pepto-Bismol or some bubblegum medicine than a normal milkshake. While I cannot say I will never return, I do know I will think twice before returning anytime soon. TL;DR – McDonald’s app messed up, employees tried to work with me but didn’t help with it all. Food wasn’t the best, and won’t return anytime super soon. Warning for anyone going, just be careful and be aware of the app and receipt for any issues.
