Want to party and have fun, work on 2nd shift. Went there tonight ordered my food at the order sign and paid for my food, at the next window was asked to pull up my food was not done so I did. Sat there for about 10 minutes and im for real 10 minutes and 5 cars had went pass me got their food so I go in and all I see is a bunch of people at the front playing on their phones. So I ask about my food . Get this it was sitting there the whole time. So I want to work at this location cause you can get paid to play around and play on your phones .so sad how people don’t know how to actually work if that was my crew everyone of them would had went home on the spot. I been in retail for 13 years if you got time to lean you got time to clean. I won’t ever be back to this location. Poor service, very bad staff. And the place is a mess. My advice get your self a new crew on 2nd shift cause the one you have now is lazy .

Very unfriendly personnel! Starting with the manager who is almost always on the phone. A few months back there was a very nice helpful and professional manager which is not the case now. I have seen how the orders are incorrect or incomplete and the customer gets mistreated. I personally avoid going to that particular McDonald’s. I was disrespected by one of the employees the other day and the manager looked at me like I was the problem. Very unfortunate to have the wrong personnel in charge.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I have tried them 3 times and each time there was an issue. The food was wrong, the wait was long. I sat in the drive through “wait area” for 20 minutes for a egg mcmuffin. I had to walk inside then the made the order. Staff cursed frequently in load conversations about their lives. Seemed to be accepted communication style. If there was a manager, there was nothing said to the staff about how inappropriate or offensive their language was. Not a family friendly experience.

This McDonald’s needs a overhaul whole crew is rude and has no manners I Took My 83 Year Old Grandmother here for breakfast we waited 25 minutes for 2 bacon egg and cheese Biscuits the black woman working had to walk passed us 10 times and never said a word finally my Grandmother ask her and she gets rude and said maybe you should have went to Burger King while all the other employees are laughing about it my grandmother was so upset I thought I was going to have to call her a EMS NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION Congratulations you made a senior citizen cry I Hope it made you feel good about yourself

talk about HORRIBLE customer service. i waited 21 minutes inside the store to pick up a mobile order. no one spoke to me once. eventually i gave up and went to the drive thru, where they got my name and then sent me to in front of the building, where i proceeded to wait another 20 minutes. so in total i waited 40 minutes for “fast” food. the manager inside was SO rude as well

Never given what I order is always wrong items and preparation of toppings is never followed or done as I’ve asked. And then catch an attitude when brought to there attention with professionalism they end up trying to make it the customers fault that they got it wrong or inconvenience them

Disputed change that was given back. Manager said pull forward at the drive-through and never came back. I stopped her after waiting for 15 minutes for the rest of my change, $5.00, and she said I got all of it. So because of the theft of my money U had to eat that loss. I will never go back.
