Place in general was clean. A few tables had small pieces of paper laying on them. Lady at the window was pleasant. Took my order. It was slow in here today this morning at 8:30. I got the two for $5 bacon, egg cheese biscuits and a coffee. The only complaint I have and I used to be a restaurant food service manager and I’ve been in food service for many years and this is common in a lot of fast food restaurants the lady sweeps up the floor puts the broom in the corner and then wants to wait on me. She simply needs to wash her hands after picking up the broom, but that’s common in so many restaurants.

The manager Pam in this store is absolutely miserable. She is always mad about something. She always has a nasty attitude and frown on her face. And a slick mouth to go along with it. She doesn’t act professional at all.She doesn’t greet the customers when they come inside. The orders are always wrong. Then she has a “bigger” attitude when you bring it to her attention. I can guarantee you that she has RAN off a ton of customers. Looking at people as if they have wronged her, just by coming. If she is that unhappy with her job. Why not find another job? I know that dealing with the public is not an easy job. Still, I don’t see how in the world that she remains to be a manager or supervisor. Corporate needs to run back their cameras in the store and see how she really act. Run those cameras back and see that this female has no business managing anything. McDonald’s on Greenville Street in Anderson S.C must be desperate for help. Desperate enough to put up with someone disrespecting their customers. From now on I will go to another store! Absolutely Ridiculous

Staff yelled at me to come get my drink and Frappe, very rude. When I wasn’t given my sauce they didn’t believe us, said we only ordered one. Which we did not receive. The fries were severely under salted. And the ranch cup I was given tastes expired…I’m more upset with the aggressive attitude by the staff vs the food. I’m disabled. I ordered in so I could sit, not be yelled at to get my drinks.

I want to love it and at times it does hit the spot. And I really try not to review places where I know the quality just isn’t there but gosh it just really sucks that every time I order here they get it wrong. Missing an item or 2 or making something wrong. Once in awhile is excusable but every single time…… yes, I know, go somewhere else people will say but sometimes I chance it and everytime I am disappointed. This time I just felt like It was time to share the disappointment mental. Missing 2 apple pies, cold fries, and burgers that were to be plain included everything.

The cashier in the drive thru, I believe name of Angel, was very polite, said yes mam and have blessed day. So refreshing to hear teenagers talk like that. Nuggets were under done but restaurant smelled clean, looked clean and parking lot looked clean.

Went through the drive thru and got 2 6 piece chicken nuggets happy meal and 2 double cheeseburgers with a sweet tea. Got home and had to deal with 2 kids that were very upset because they didn’t have fries and also they didn’t give me my sweet tea. I went this evening to get some food and do some work on my laptop. Put my professional camera gear hard-shelled case on my booth table so I could access some things in it while eating.
Got yelled at by an employee with zero manners or communication skills. She didn’t ask me nicely or request. Instead she yelled that I can’t have it up there for some reason “I don’t know you” or something.
Didn’t know fast food chains cared what personal items you set on the table or not, but would have appreciated a respectful request instead of treating it like a bomb threat. Lol
P.S. I went out to my car to get something and she literally chased me outside to confront me. But everyone else was nice!

We were in a real rush to get back to school after a doctor’s appointment. The food was hot and delicious and prepared quickly. I forgot to order something for myself and they were happy to add it on at the window for me! Great job! Highly recommend this McDonald’s!

The teenagers they have working evening shift are horrible . And very disrespectful my son came in today after football practice and ordered him and his friend food . Not only was the cashier rude as hell to both of them rushing them to order and telling them she wasn’t gonna take their order, but she told them she was gone spit in their food. Y’all
