I am absolutely baffled by the ineptitude at this McDonald’s. Hands-down, the worst McDonald’s I have been to. I came through the drive-through and ordered a McRib Bundle, which includes two McRibs and a basket of fries; a spicy deluxe McCrispy; and a small fry. Luckily, I asked for a receipt when I paid. When I pulled up to the window to collect my food, I was handed a bag with the wrong order in it. When I handed it back, I was told to pull up into the next spot and wait. I waited 15 minutes. There was no one else in the drive-through line. I walked back to the other window and tried to explain. They didn’t understand why I was there, didn’t recognize me. They told me to come inside. When I got inside, the counter was unmanned. Nobody seemed particularly interested. Eventually, I flagged down the manager. She was confused, but I handed her my receipt. Eventually, someone pointed at an order, waiting to go out, and I was handed a bag. It was short one McRib and the small fry. I pointed this out to a worker who was baffled. About 20 minutes after I ordered my food, I finally had it. FIX THIS.

Franchise owners need to stop sending a useless link that leads to no where and does nothing and care more.

The manager who wears the headscarf, without fail, every time he is there it is just absolute chaos. We waited 25 minutes to get a simple burger and fry. This guy needs to be fired.

I have given this McDonald’s location the benefit of the doubt on five separate visits, and the experience has been consistently unacceptable. There is no visible customer service, and the food quality has been extremely poor. Each visit has involved excessive wait times and meals served cold, stale, and carelessly prepared.

Since the renovation and change in ownership, the overall standards have declined dramatically. On my most recent visit, it took 22 minutes to receive my order. The burger arrived cold and tough, as if it had been sitting for a days. Basic items such as napkins and condiments were missing, and the dining area lacked any self-service options for guests to help themselves. Attempting to request assistance is nearly impossible because no one is ever present at the front counter.

Even the restroom reflected severe neglect. The soap dispenser produced only a tiny drop, and the automatic faucet barely offered any water.

It is very clear that the owners are cutting corners in every operational area while raising prices at the same time. After five attempts, it is evident that this is not an isolated issue, but a consistent failure in customer service, cleanliness, and food quality. It’s clear the owners and management refuse to take action to correct these serious problems. I will not be returning or giving them my business any longer.

On January 5th, 2026, around 1:45 PM, I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru. Although I was polite and patient, the employee at window number one yelled at me due to her own confusion with my order. I remained respectful throughout the interaction. Being shouted at as a customer is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This experience reflects a serious lack of customer service standards. This level of behavior is inappropriate in any customer-facing role and should be addressed by management.

I’m so ready for this brand to dissappear, and it’ll be stores like this that finally do it. Sounds like a playground in the back, nothing happening up front. Customers all around lobby, not greeted. I dont eat this mess, I just contract, and frankly it’s you all who eat this mess who keep the brand alive. Stop eating here. Stop eating McDonalds.

The worst restaurant ever! Total chaos! Stay away unless you like to wait over 30 minutes or more if you are lucky. New morning staff loves to chit chat and ignore the counter. Owners should surrender franchise. The obvious ignoring of the counter customer is unacceptable and disrespectful of our time. The old restaurant was 1000% more friendly and efficient. This place a case study on how to NOT operate a restaurant. Same folks own the RR location. TR location is not perfect but more palatable. You’ve been warned. Proceed with caution.i don’t blame the employees. They are overworked and understaffed. The owners should realize what stress they are putting their employees under. It’s a pathetic situation. Customer’s are ignored and orders are incorrect. Shameful situation.

Every time I go there is a issue with my order. Just spent $49 and I have nothing to eat tonight. I had to get my mans food remade it was not right at all and the bun was hard as a rock I checked the bag which is how I found out about his bigmac being so messed up but missed that his snack wrap was missing, had to go all the way back to get it just to get home and all of my food is hard cold completely inedible! I’m not going back a 3rd time! The manager on tonight was great wish I got her name but I’m not going to bring her back everything so I just won’t eat. Get it together!!

Normally a great place with great employees. Horrible tonight. Cold food, wrong order, and when I called to let them know they said I could pick up my food tomorrow. Never seen these employees before. I hate Burger King but would have enjoyed it tonight.

I use this McDonald’s a lot most of the time it’s great but today takes the cake. I buy apple pies that are supposed to be hot but they give me some cold pies. These young folks that work in the building can’t stay off they phone long enough to do they job properly. Don’t use this McDonald’s. It look good but it ain’t worth it they need to fire they whole staff and hire brand new ppl to who will run it the correct way. Absolutely trash!
