I live up the street from this McDonald’s and it is a requirement that you check your bag before pulling off because if you don’t, you most certainly will be missing something or your order will just be completely wrong. I understand this is McDonald’s but McDonald’s now charges $12 for a combo as well so a little better service and attitude and atmosphere would be much appreciated but I guess like the McDonald’s on Laurens Road and the one downtown Greenville I need to just avoid them.

Good morning everyone. I just was at this McDonald’s getting me some breakfast. I noticed six bags. That fell on the floor. Instead of the drive-thru manager or leave telling the associate to throw those bags in the trash. Dissociate pick the bags up put them on top of the counter in the kitchen. The manager or the lead then Place those bags with the clean bags and store them in a silver drawer underneath her when she was standing that is a stereotype violation not alone a food safety violation. That is not good not good at all. And I told the manager I guess so hopefully they threw those bags in the trash. They shouldn’t have never placed those bags in a drawer in the first place

Absolutely disgusting!!!! There is always an issue at this McDonalds. They can never get an order right no many how long it takes to be prepared or how many times it’s repeated back to you. This location is complete trash!! And if they have you pull up they completely forget about you and you will wait 30 mins minimum for them to bring out your food if you don’t have to call several times to remind them.
I went here Monday night and this unfortunately was supposed to be my dinner. I was so disgusted and threw the entire thing out. This McDonald’s seriously needs to do better.
