I ordered sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal w/ coffee add caramel drizzle. I received bacon egg and cheese bagel and my coffee had no caramel when I asked the lady at the window about coffee she said I think so I didn’t make it ♀️ it’s my fault because I shouldn’t even go to McDonalds but whatever!

So the driveway here is always backed up and fairly slow until you get to the window. Once you get there they act like they can’t get you out of there fast enough once they hand you the bag. This make take 5 minutes but once you have the bag they don’t want to hear requests for ketchup or anything else. The food is always good (for McDonald’s) so I always deal with the annoying drive thru etiquette but it would be nice if they slow down for 2 seconds after your 15 minute wait.

The girl that works in the morning is MISERABLE and hates her job. She is so rude. The other day she decided she wasn’t going to take orders at the counter, only orders from the self machine…. But didn’t tell any of us. So we waited at the register to order, and all she did was call orders from the self serve machine.

There is a manager by name of Ridardo that speaks to his underage employees with cursing and bad comments under his breath. He is very unprofessional and makes people want to quit. Management please do something about it. How is it possible that you put him in a position of authority? I will be contacting your HR department in corporate.

Low voices pleasant. Clean and not a hassle. The bathroom was clean and handicap accessible. Clean sink area with liquid soaps fully stocked. Tables were clean.

Used the McDonald’s app to get a $1.50 off of a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich . The sandwich was fresh and had three tomatoes on it . Also enjoyed a large Dr pepper with no ice for a buck . The sandwich was hot , the drink was cold ❄️, all is good.
