I came by here because, I was very hungry and wanted to get a spicy mccrispy meal that included me getting my fries and my drink and additionally I wanted nuggets so I ordered a six piece nugget. As I’m coming home and I’m ready to eat and I eating my nuggets and there find and fries were oddly cold and soggy and my sandwich which I thought was perfectly fine until I was about get down to eating it I realized as I bite into this chewing piece of chicken didn’t think too much until I look at the sandwich discovering that I’ve took a huge bite out of this sandwich that is raw and pink and I’m highly disappointed and disgusted by this. The night time staff is rude at the drive-thru. Picking up a doordash order seems to be far too complicated for them to handle. Cars are sitting here waiting to be taken care of, the vehicle in front of me left because it was taking so long. The girl on the speaker when she started ringing up a drink which I did not order, I repeated that I was picking up the door – and she replied with “there’s only one person taking orders right now. Give me a second. God, just wait”

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen.
1. They’re SLOW. Not just a little bit. Prepare to be waiting a long time, even just to place your order in the drivethru.
2. In the five times I’ve gone there, they ALWAYS got something in my order wrong. Every single time. Whether it be the drink or the actual foods always something.
3. The lady they usually put at the drivethru in the evening is RUDE. One evening I just left because why are you getting attitude out the gate before I’ve even spoken?
4. The food itself is usually cold by the time I get it. Or just sloppily made.

This place messes up my food EVERY time. I keep hoping the bad people get replaced but I thinks it’s a management issue. Dry burger was cooked hours ago. I try to call into complain and they don’t answer the phone just rings and rings. I went in one time and the manager was so argumentative instead of just offering a refund or to remake the food fresh. Not that I should have to ask for fresh made food at a meat food restaurant with corporate standard….

This location is very consistent in being slow. 10-20 minutes for a big mac meal. I order from my phone, and out of a dozen times eating here I’ve only had my meal waiting for me once.
Incompetence from top to bottom here. It seems like the workers are trained to ignore the lobby. Every time I go here I get to watch people wait by the counter for help, and they only get help when they get frustrated and yell in the back for someone to come out. They will straight up ignore you like you’re a leper unless you speak up for service.
This is a new mcdonalds, and the design is complete trash. The kitchen is about 15-20 ft from the counter at an angle, so you have to lean way over the counter to be seen. It’s great making eye contact while waving to multiple people to be completely ignored.
Food is usually alright, but the wait times and prices are absurd. The kiosks should be in a dumpster. Whoever is upper management for this restaurant should be fired and replaced.

In my opinion this is one of the better McDonald’s in the area. I dont know why but food seems freshers and they are usually faster than others in the area. PLUS order so far is always accurate

If this is the new one off Forrestbrook rd , 5 ⭐️’s all around! They brought back my faith in McDonald’s being able to get a simple order correct and have manors lol. super friendly staff, you get excatly what you order, also was quick, easily peasy lemon squeezey , the few times we been! Ordered doordash from here 15 minutes before they started running breakfast menu. They completely ignored the dasher and made him wait 30 minutes for the order. Then they came out and finally said oh we are running breakfast menu even though the order was placed long before that. Not only that but the lady at the speaker was very rude to the dasher. So I lost money on that order and couldn’t get a refund. Don’t ever order from this place. I will be calling the higher ups of that store. So basically in a nutshell, they suck!!!

Worst MacDonald’s I’ve ever been to by far. I was here about 3 times hoping my first experience was just a bad day for them. On one visit I had 4 cars in front of me and waited approximately 10 minutes. I ordered through the app but when I got to the pick up window they gave me an order that wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I explained I ordered in the app and repeated what i ordered. The brought me a second order, you guessed it—- not what I ordered. All 3 times I’ve been there the orders were wrong and very long waits. This is the closest McD’s to my house but I’ll never go back. It is a brand new McDonald.’s, too bad they can’t live up to the fast food standards.
