We had 3 Big Macs and 2 of them came out like this… we ate in and had a big order, there was 5 of us. 3 adults and 2 kids. We decided not to say anything, so they won’t spit in our food.
They knew what they were doing.. there’s no way someone threw the meat and lettuce on the cardboard box then, threw the bottom bun, meat, and lettuce another bun with nothing in the middle then, threw the top bun on.

Burger was raw throughout. Chicken was way overcooked. This was after waiting 5 minutes for my food to be brought out even though I ordered on the mobile app 15 minutes ahead of time.
I’ve NEVER had issues with McDonald’s food my whole life. Maybe cold fries every now and then. But never a raw burger patty and burnt chicken. This place ruined that streak.
EDIT:
Contacted corporate for a refund. They had the store manager email me asking if I want a refund or replacement. I emailed back asking for a refund. Nearly two weeks later there has not been a refund to my card! This is ridiculous… disputing it with my bank ASAP.

Kicking out a homeless man because someone bought them food is absolutely outrageous. I don’t care how long ago the situation was. And screw the officer that got called to kick him out as well. They were all in the wrong and they knew it. Again, I don’t care how many years it’s been since that situation happened. Look what the power of the internet does. Still getting bad feedback from a situation that occurred years ago because yall wanted to be douchebags to a homeless man and a good samaritan trying to help him in his time of need smh. Congratulations. This location earned all of this.

I want to be as Fair as possible in making this review. When everything goes right, the food is fresh and hot. However, on days like today, things aren’t up to par at all. I waited 30 minutes for my order, and when I went to the counter to ask, the manager said that she assumed that I was already gone. Other times, my orders have completely vanished, and they refused to compensate or make them for me. I hope that this McDonald’s improves in the future. The food is great, if you get it at all.

This McDonald’s needs help! Two employees there at lunchtime, no one would help you at the register you had to use the kiosk that wasn’t working correctly either! Lots of people waiting several people came in saw there was no help and left! The food wasn’t even good, never saw a person face until they handed you the food and then they were quickly behind the wall. No way were they gonna answer any questions or talk to you! There were ants all over the drink
center! This place has poor management and needs to be looked into by the McDonald’s franchise! I’ve never seen anything like this at a McDonald’s!

My husband and I just went through the drive thru about 10min ago and ordered two breakfast sandwich meals. Immediately after leaving the drive thru, I could smell a fragrant cleaning smell, and said “wow it smells good.” Almost like laundry, mop soap, something like that. But I didn’t think twice about it because my window was open and we were driving down Kings towards home. We parked in our driveway and ate our sandwiches. We both could smell/taste that same cleaning supply scent as we were eating our sandwich. Not the hashbrown, but the sandwiches. I got the bacon , egg, and cheese biscuit and he got the sausage, egg McMuffin. That is so dangerous! I hope nobody put a chemical in the food intentionally! I tried calling this location multiple times to speak to somebody and nobody is answering!

First time I went here the fries were literally hard like they were left out for a long period of time. The burger was good. Now, I came a second time and the fries were soggy, but the burger was still good. Not sure if they having an issues making the fries or got some new hire-on in training. My god, get it together. I pay for food, I want it made right.

You never have my food ready on time, especially if I go inside the store instead of using the drive-through. It takes at least 30 minutes to get my food, which is frustrating. On top of that, you now charge me 55 cents for one sauce, even though I bought a meal. This is unbelievable.
