Once again,my own fault,I went here to get a coffee.easy right? No. It was ice cold. I Had to wait 10 minutes to get a new one made. Never came. There’s always a problem with the quality of food or drink here.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to! Thank you for being two seconds up the road and being so awful and saving me the calories. It cannot be this hard to make some fast food that’s frozen and fried. Always await and poorly executed. Why would I want my Coke that you served sitting there with melted ice and tell me I have to wait for fries and then give it to me. Where is the common sense… you should ask yourself why the McDonald’s right up the road always has their drive-through at least 10 people deep. You should hire that manager to run this McDonald’s. Your empty parking lot should tell you something.

Everything was fine until we got our food. The food came out quick and the staff was friendly. We had to get to work and this was on the way. We will never eat here again. The grease was literally flowing off our burgers. We had to use the napkins to absorb the grease off our burgers just to try to eat them. I feel sick I should have never tried to eat it. The only decent thing we got was the fries.

I spent 15 min in the drive through line. FIFTEEN MINUTES. And that’s only counting AFTER I placed my order. And then, after all that time, they asked me to “pull forward and wait and we’ll bring it out to you”….5 more minutes got me: soggy cold fries, stale nuggets that had clearly sat around forever, and a Big Mac that had no Big Mac sauce!!!! Literally just bread, meat, cheese, and lettuce. Dry as the Sahara. After all that wait, they were still that incompetent. You would think that after forcing a customer to wait 20 min, they would get everything right….guess not. Absolute garbage establishment, avoid at all costs. Pathetic. Once the new McDonald’s opens on 707, yall are done.

Just went through the drive thru at 10:30. We didn’t get all that we ordered so we had to wait a few minutes for the manager to get it straight. And boy did she ever get it str8!!! There should be more people like Manager Qwen working for the public. She took care of us and maybe even fired an employee. Good job Qwen!!!

Edit to add— this McDonald’s redeemed themselves. They contacted me and sent me two coupons and were the friendliest staff when I went back to fulfill my order. Everything came out hot and perfect. Even my fries. Thanks for fixing this! The new staff changes have brought great change in this place.
