Over 6 cars, 3 per lane was sitting at the ordering screens because they wouldn’t take more than one order at a time. Isn’t drive thru supposed to be faster?
I managed to place my order on the app while waiting and it still took over 20 minutes from the time I placed my order, not including the time I spent sitting there before deciding to use the app.

Came in ordered my food, McGriddle egg was moldy, no clue how you put that on a sandwich and don’t see it, bathrooms are disgusting, trash overflowing, other stall had feces on the floor, no hand soap. Floors of dining room looked very unkept as if no one ever sweeps or deep cleans

I ordered 8 mCchicken’s all extra mayo and pickles and they had one pickle and spicy sauce (did not want spicy sauce) on them, they were not even wrapped tightly they were slipping out the wrappers and the fish sandwich had a small circle of Tatar sauce and not even a half a piece of cheese on it. Fries were hard and cold. I will be glad when Burger King opens back up because this McDonald’s in Loris is NOT IT I give people the benefit of the doubt but every time I go there??? I will not go here anymore! I will drive to tabor city or Conway!

This is a rare McDonald’s. Def great employees and management seems to be on it! I’ve dealt with most of them from many visits and I HAD to express my appreciation.
There’s times this location gets swamped, but the pull together and make it happen.
I’ve even seen the GM stop in when dt and dinning area was packed she jumped right in to help out.
They keep the dinning room clean and overall appearance is well maintained. Thanks yall and keep up the great work .
I Definitely recommend THIS McDonald’s, being others have MUCH room for improvementS (Marion, SC, and a few locations in Florence, sc) Thanks again.

So they remodeled, but they need to do some retraining on alot of there staff for customer service. The customer service at this location is so horrible me and my family will happily drive the extra miles to conway or Tabor city. This location should be shut down until they and get some new employees.

This place cannot get a coffee correct at all.
Every morning my wife comes down and orders large ice coffee with three creams and no liquid sugar. Every single time it is messed up, we not only order at the drive through, we remind them at the first window, then, we go to the second window and it’s usually wrong.So we have to give it back to him because it has sugar or all the creams in it. Today it was wrong two times. If a mcdonald’s that has been in business this long cannot make a coffee.Don’t plan on anything else being right. And the staff is miserable.

so i placed a online order and payed online and it didn’t even go thru to mcdonald’s but it took my money, so i went up there and they had to rering up my order when they reringed up my order they still had stuff wrong on it after reading the order that i bought online. we get our food and everything is right before i get to my 2 cheeseburger combo that was supposed to have everything on it with extra pickles (they only had one pickle and ketchup on them, no onions, no mustard) so i looked up what comes on the cheese burgers and it says it comes with ketchup, pickles, onions, and mustard, so why did i only get ketchup and one pickle on each cheeseburger?
