I see some bad reviews of this McDonald’s. I do NOT have the same experience. Every time I’ve been to this location (usually breakfast after work), I’ve had a wonderful experience. The food is always hot and my order is correct every time. The customer service is truly exceptional, everyone is always so nice and friendly. Great people work here, seriously… thank you guys for making my morning after my long 12 hour shifts.

I order all the time no ketchup and I always get it anyway noe I got bacon on it also but there’s also a employee in the drive thro window handing out food with there coat full of dog or cat hair absolutely disgusting and floating around and all its pathetic come on now its a brand new McDonald’s!

They don’t have a number that you can call back at the one here near Wimpy that’s where I bought the food from the fries are cold. The sandwiches are disgusting and nasty. Too much salt. Too much garlic. They smashed their burgers. They don’t fix them right ketchup is overfilling over them And you wait minutes 50 min after you make your order because they don’t care about anybody inside the facility they’re worried about drive-through disgusting and it’s a brand new facility and they don’t care. And they don’t have a Watch number on their website to call them to complain about the food

Only took 20 minutes to get our order. The gentleman who brought out the food was very pleasant. Need to pick up the pace and give as much attention to the customers inside as the drive thru.

Sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. No one had a clue on what they were doing inside. I thought the food would at least be hot but no, everything was cold. My drinks weren’t even larges like I ordered. Just go to the one on Main street instead, its tough to say but they are WAY better!!!

They got everything but one burger right. Which I ordered a plain cheeseburger and somehow they gave me a double cheeseburger with everything on it. Luckily, it’s for my dog. So I scraped all the onions off. I’m on vacation here, so I had no idea if the reviews on this place was accurate. But I had hot fries, they were fresh and slated perfectly. They did take about 10 minutes even though there was literally nobody there. Nuggets I got were stale and kinda old tasting but they gave me extra ones.. if that even matters. Maybe I just got lucky cause based off of the other reviews people hate this place.

I have been on vacation near here for about a week, and I have been ordering here since my second day here. The first day the one who attended me (I believe was the manager), and she was very friendly, professional, and eager to provide outstanding service. All the other days was when everything went wrong. If it wasn’t the food being incorrect, it was the unfriendly staff looking bothered, and inconvenienced to do their job. It’s a shame that these employees will damage the image of a business by simply not doing their jobs they are being paid for. As a business owner myself, this bothers me because I know what it takes to survive in running a successful business these days and that’s why I decided to share my experience. Hopefully this will reach the appropriate level of maybe regional management @McDonalds, and something will be done to address these issues.

I have used the McDonald’s app two times to place a pickup order. Each time I am given an expected time of 3-5 mins for order to be ready. Both times the orders were around 15-20 mins passed the expected time given. I reached out to support and received an email apologizing for the poor service. The email didn’t seem like it was from an official Mcdonald’s account, just a regular email with their name. I was asked for my mailing address and told that they would mail out a gift card for my troubles. I hesitantly sent my mailing address (which I now regret). It has been over a week since I replied to the email with no gift card received to physical address. Today, I decided to give them one more try since this location is fairly new. Again expected time of meal to be ready was 3- 5 minutes. My mobile order for pickup was placed at 6:04am. I arrived at 6:14am. I went inside to pick up my order and had to wait. My order was handed off to me at 6:19am. I went to my car to eat my breakfast and the egg on my biscuit was cold, like just finished thawing out cold. Hate to be a Karen but after 3 times of having late orders I’m kind of over this place. Also, staff never acknowledged my presence or asked if they could help me at time of each pickup. I’ve had to flag someone dow every time. When handed my order this morning the staff member was rather short with me and seemed irritated with me when I told her I also had a drink with my order. I was just given a bag.. She replied “in the bag” and walked off to her car.

Food be good, but they need help. Very slow, all my doordash orders get sent to this store & every single time the dasher leaves. I end up waiting 1 hour & a half for food. Their cookies good though.

The manager absolutely sucks she’s the rudest woman I’ve ever met she’s worried about giving away free food when if somebody’s food is messed up or if they had already paid for something they should give them something of equal value if not more to compensate the issue I DoorDash and my customer got a gallon sweet tea and rather than asking if they wanted a different drink they just said screw them close up the bag and they don’t care what they want rude so rude third shift manager all they wanted was a cup of coke rather then a gallon of sweet tea My personal experience I got food there not long after they opened the chicken was so hard It tasted like cardboard The fish fillet was so hard it also tasted like eating a cardboard sandwich and my fiance and I got food poisoning Don’t eat here I’ll be calling corporate You’re better off going to the McDonald’s down the road and if they’re not open go to speedway anywhere else is better than here
