I asked for a chocolate milkshake. When they handed me the milkshake it was half vanilla and half chocolate. when I asked if they could please mix it up a little more the young girl said they couldn’t because that’s how it comes off the machine. I have had other McDonald’s locations remix it for me with no issue. Just does not want to put the effort to give a quality product

I placed my ordered at the register and I got a number I wait on food i notice I didn’t get a small orange juice . I went told employee I was missing a small orange juice . The manager came up and ask me for a receipt. I told her he didn’t give me one. She walked away and continue doing what she was doing in the back very unprofessional of her. Your job is to take care of the customers which she fail to do. I told syrup was 54 cents I ordered (2) orders of hotcakes with sausage and only got 2 syrup WOW! And also I had to come back up when they didn’t give enough straws, napkins etc. All utensils are in the back that is hilarious! Every other McDonald’s I have been to have their utensils , napkins etc. out. I will never come back to this location ever again!! Need friendly people at this location

Today, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I repeated my order multiple times at the drive-thru and even confirmed again at the counter that I’m allergic to red meat and did not want any sausage. Despite that, when I opened my order, I found a beef or ham patty in my sandwich. When I went back to request a refund, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and clearly didn’t know how to speak to customers.

Complaint on Store Management. I was in drive thru when I noticed a sign over the 2nd pickup window was tilted. I looked a little more and the left support for the sign was hanging. When the window attendant gave me my food, I asked her to tell the manager that the sign was hanging. The attendant looked and about that time the store manager shouts with attitude twice, I KNOW ITS HANGING, I KNOW ALL ABOUT IT !!!!! I drove off and her demeanor will have me thinking twice about visiting again this store. McDonald’s is an extra not a must have.

To the morning gentleman attendant who wears glasses (probably manager), your attitude is abysmal. There is no reason to treat customers the way you do. You are ruining the franchise. If you truly hate working at McDonald’s, then quit. Seriously. Customer service doesn’t suit you.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. I ordered breakfast and didn’t realize until I got home that my hashbrown was missing. I tried calling the same day, but the phone went straight to voicemail every time. I had to start work, so I couldn’t go back right away.

The next day, I went through the drive-thru and explained the situation. The attendant said she would speak with a manager. When I got to the window, the manager told me she “wasn’t working yesterday,” and another manager insisted she didn’t speak with anyone. Of course you didn’t—because no one answers the phone. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they treated me like I was lying over a hashbrown. Be serious.

I paid for the item, I just wanted what I paid for. The attitude and lack of accountability were unacceptable. I will never return to this location.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience! I went through the drive-thru and realized I had forgotten my wallet. I explained the situation to the cashier and let him know I lived nearby and would return shortly to pay. To my surprise, he graciously paid for our meal using his own reward points! This act of kindness was truly above and beyond.

This McDonald’s used to be good but recently went down hill. I went here on 9/13/25 at 11:45pm because I had a mobile code for a free medium fry with a purchase of a soft drink. I had got to the box to order and told her my code and I said exactly “I want a large coke with that medium fry” like i usually do. I go on to the pay window and paid then got to the second window and they only gave me my drink and i said I had the medium fry as well and they are looking all around for my order they couldn’t find it and i explained multiple times about the mobile code I had that would get me a free fry with the purchase of a soft drink. They told me I had to go back around, so you guessed it I had to go back around and i explained to that same girl and she couldn’t understand anything (had an attitude). Went back to the first window and she ended up finally understanding and telling me that it was on her because she was wasn’t paying attention, like okay? So it was her fault right? I ended up never getting my fry which I had no problem paying for it but I had that code for a reason and they just couldn’t process anything. Ridiculous how fast foods restaurants are nowadays.

This McDonald’s has been completely redone. Its beautiful, clean, charging stations for your phone while you eat and they give you a number and bring you your food and ask if you need anything. Exellent service and #1 in cust service.
