I could barely hear the person I was ordering from. It’s 10:40 in the evening & I’m trying to order for my daughter who doesn’t eat like normal people. I ordered a #9 PLAIN w/ sweet tea. I got the meal, normally I would check before leaving but me being so tired I left. My daughter goes to check her food and the burgers aren’t plain! I got so upset I screamed cause I knew I had to turn around and go back. I got back went inside waited for 5 mins. Person cans up to me I told them what I needed. They weren’t rude to me at all. They gave me what I asked for and I left. That was the best part about this trip!

The food was delicious but we ordered on the thing inside we ordered 2 combos they brought my husband’s coffee out never brought mine out and said I’ll be right back waited over 10 minutes my husband finally went up there and the lady said you only ordered one coffee I was starting to get pissed had to show them my receipt again and she says oh I’m sorry then after waiting 10 minutes no one brought it after my husband goes up there she’s like I need to see the receipt I mean I swear this is ridiculous if you can’t get a coffee right don’t after my husband getting me a sweet tea instead of the coffee the ok lady comes after we are leaving here is your coffee I mean geez get real

Apparently this mcdonalds finds it acceptable to ignore customers for 20+ minutes in the name of changing a shift. We were part of a multiple car jam stuck at the drive thru while the entire store completely ignored both lanes for almost half an hour.

I’m all about customer service. McDonalds or this franchise here, needs to make sure that ALL employees are on the clock and off their phones. You need to text or make a call, remove yourself from your station, let an assistant manager know first but please don’t take orders on your phone. It’s disrespectful and rude. I used the drive thru and as I pulled up to the window the woman was on her phone. Do better folks. Do better! I waited for her to put her phone down to take my payment. I really wish I was a secret shopper because they would’ve failed right there. They also got my order wrong. Wrong size fries and sandwich was made incorrectly and bun burnt but I never plan on stopping at this McDonalds again.

Be careful @ this place. I had very bad experience one night.. food had me literally vomiting!! sick for bout two days, I did speak with a GM, who was really nice & offer me a meal. I rejected it. Their fries have recently been limp and greasy, decreasing my review from 3 to 1 because they stole my money, I ordered through the app and didn’t get anyone to show up for an hour and they make it almost impossible to get refunds when you order through the app. I’m never coming back, I can handle orders being wrong or fries being limp, but the first time I get stolen from is the time I’m done with you
