I went by to grab some food at 11:30p. I sat for 5 min before I even said “helloooo” and then waited another 2 min before I was asked what I wanted. I ordered a 10pc nugget meal and very clearly requested honey mustard for my sauce and I asked for 2 apple pies; I was told they didn’t have any apple pies so then I pivoted to 2 sundaes and was told that the “machine was down”. When I asked if the machine was down or if they were cleaning it, I was told that the machine “shuts down at 11p”.
I pull around to pay, go to the 1st window, no one’s there, I pull up to the 2nd window and after a min or 2 the girl comes to take payment.
I get and the sauces I very clearly requested were not in there and instead I was given sweet n sour sauce and the fries weren’t exactly hot when we received them.
If chick-fil-a can run as efficiently as it does and if their employees can get the order correct when they bag it and give you fresh food & prompt service, why can’t crews at McDonalds do this as well? Make it make sense.

I usually come here every morning for breakfast and I never had any issues with any of the staff, the lady at the drive thru is very nice and so is everyone on the afternoon shift. Had a mistake on my drink order twice but I never made a big deal about it, mistakes happen and it really wasn’t a big deal for me. They asked me to pull forward while they remake my drink, which I had no problems doing and didn’t even complain. For some reason the lady at the second window had an attitude and told me I always order iced coffee and return it asking for a hot coffee every morning. I have never had iced coffee in my entire life, and I was still nice about it, just telling her I didn’t say iced and I just want a hot coffee. Even if I did make a mistake and order the wrong item, I don’t understand why she had to respond that way. She had an attitude again and told me “okay, well it’s going to be a minute.” Which was never an issue, I understand they have to remake it and it takes a little time. She just hands the coffee to me, slams the window closed, and walks away before I can even say thank you. Never had an issue here before and the rest of the staff is very nice. I don’t want anyone getting in trouble, I just don’t think it takes much effort to be kind.

This location (Hwy 78 and Jedburg Rd by Food Lion) leaves a lot to be desired. I have stopped at this location 4 times since they opened and they have left something off of my order 3 times. I will find somewhere else to stop for a quick snack or supper. It is definitely not fast food and they can’t get an order right. It was right on the screen in the drive through but not in the bag when I got home. So done with this place.

No customer service through the drive through window! Didn’t say hello , good bye have a nice day nothing they just put there hand out for the money.! Then they forgot our sauce , so we waited the girl opened the window no how can I help you, just put her ear out window waited for my response and then shut the window. Not a good by have a nice day just shut the window! Crazy! They need hospitality training!!

Seriously don’t understand why this location still exists every time I order from here they never have it. Tonight 2/24/26 I ordered 4 frappe’s and of course they didn’t have it and the employees were rude and started laughing when I got frustrated. Stop hiring children and get some management in this place or close it down. Oh and I’m sure I’ll never see my refund when I told them to cancel my order smh

When I stop for breakfast, this is my goto place. Seems like they are still struggling with staffing or employee turn over rates like the rest of us., cant fault them for that as there is a lot of commerce relocating to Nexton, Summerville and Brekely county.
There are some smiling faces in the 530am crew.

The counter is set up more like a restruant so you cant see the kitchen area. I like that. There are kiosk but only 1 was operational
The restroom has a changing table.
The drive thru opens at 530am. But the screens still dont work. I can tell you its slow at 530am but unlike the main street mcdonalds they are open on time and dont overcook the hashbrowns

I usually font mess with McDonalds but since I work up the road its convient. I have come here several occasions. All several times I happened to be served by Adrian I believe his name was. Young gentleman with gold teeth. This young man is always making the environment and experience fantastic. He has a great attitude and is very customer friendly i hope he gets moved into a management position as he is very optimistic and professional. Will be back

Terribly SLOW service @ the register. And the sloppy dressed employee didn’t know how to work the ordering on the register, clueless…on the menu, and the portions have gotten much smaller, cheaper ingredients and…much more expensive! Never again

Honestly the workers there are really nice, I never have a problem with them personally. It’s just the food and drink quality. My nuggets will consistently be cold or ‘lukewarm’ and my drinks will be a solid inch below the top, as shown in the picture. I’ve brought it up and they can only say that it is the machine, but other McDonald’s drinks around the area don’t come out like this so if it really is the machine it should be recalibrated ASAP. A large drink is $3 with tax and I would like to get what I’m paying for.

I’m not usually one to leave a bad review, however… I went tonight and got a Big Mac, double quarter pounder, a mcchicken, and a snack wrap for the family. The Big Mac bun was hard as a rock, the double quarter pounder was burnt and dry, the mcchicken was like eating shoe leather, and the snack wrap was ice cold.
