I’ve been here about three times in the last 2 months and each time I ordered a single meal. All three times they have you pull off to the side in the curbside pickup area. There’s always five or six cars in the curbside pickup that went through the drive-thru. I assume they do this to keep the drive-thru timer low.

This isn’t the first time this McDonald’s has done this more like the 5th but it be the last time I come here.
They take up to 20min or more most of the time for simple food. I always order light onion cheese burger and my girl gets extra but somehow everytime they give me no onion and give her barely 3 small bits. I can understand once or whatever but its ridiculous they are super lazy workers ive worked fast food my order isnt complex. If you say anything to them they get all offended about it. bread is usually tough save ur money and go to sonic down the road its way better and never mess up anything.

I want to lead off with the fact that the food itself tastes fine and is consistent, but this is possibly the consistently slowest McDonald’s ever. If you go to the drive-thru, they immediately tell you to go sit in a curbside spot and you’re going to wait there for 15+ minutes for your food. If you order ahead through the app, you’re going to be told to go sit in the curbside and then it’s going to be 15+ minutes for the food. And if you order inside, spoiler alert, you are either going to wait the equivalent amount of time for someone to actually come to the register and take your order, or you’re going to put your order in on the kiosk and then wait that way. It’s all just waiting here, so if you like waiting time can consider this a five-star review.

No option for zero stars? 8pm and the ice cream machine is down per usual. Stop offering ice cream if your machine is always down. Kept seeing my neighbors in our Foxbank group saying how this place was only good the first week it opened and they were right.

Drive thru takes 30 minutes. Don’t try to get around it by app ordering either because it takes longer for them to bring the food out and it’ll be cold. Inside is always repulsive.
Definitely a management/ staffing issue as the employees are usually quite pleasant. It’s just way too busy for them to handle.

We spent literally over two hours at this location yesterday trying to get three orders. One hour trying to get a curbside order. Another hour in drive through.
Racist, Rude, Ridiculous!
I understand that this is a fast food restaurant with high turnover but that does not mean RESPECT and DECENCY can be overlooked. Y’all have to simply do better.

This McDonald’s in moncks corner is pathetic to put it nicely. Went through the drive through to get a simple coffee, could barely hear the person on the other end after 7 minutes! Then she tried to charge me for something I didn’t order! When I got to the window I tried to explain the situation and the girl told me we can’t do Caramel Mochiato. Very stupid and wish they would shut it down!

Zero stars…. Went through the drive thru…used tap to pay through our Apple wallet. Was told my card was declined… unlocked it ….ran it for a second time…. Checked my account….money was absolutely taken out instantly on the 2nd try. Was waved on to the second window. As they are handing us out food we were informed our card was again declined. I showed them that it was declined the first time but was accepted the 2nd time….most likely a problem on their end… they insisted it was our card… refused to give me a refund or our food. Kept calling us liars ….and that my card was declined. 6 different employees came to the window to argue with us that it was our card and refused to fix the situation because my transaction said “pending” on my end vs completed. I showed them that the first try was declined but not the second. Called me a liar etc etc.. We ended up leaving with no refund or food. I just went back up there this morning to show them 2 separate receipts that are infact completed from our Apple wallet and from the card itself only to still be called a liar and that I “must not have had money in my account at the time” no apology for their system messing up and sending us away without our order or a refund at all. We will be contacting corporate for attempted fraud and lack of professionalism even when presented multiple forms of proof that they were in the wrong and took our money.

A horrible McDonald’s with the worst customer service. The service is undoubtedly slow as I’ve waited over 20 minutes for an order with 2 items. The staff is beyond rude and if you inform management they yell and try to argue. The drive thru workers have no clue how to ring up orders as they have tried to charge me an extra $2.87 by adding as opposed to substituting. Generally now I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes down the road to the new McDonald’s that was recently built as they are a lot more pleasant. Would not recommend between quality and customer service.

I went through the drive-through, and it took me 23 minutes from the time I ordered to get 2 kids meals. The wait prior to ordering was about 7 minutes. I was asked to pull up to “2”, but was not told if that was the 2nd window or the drive-through parking spot (which I only realized was there after I pulled up). Those spots were underutilized. The food was cold and both meals were given fries and apples rather than doubles fries as ordered. I went inside and waited several miutes for help. It took another customer hollering back to employees several minutes later to get them to pay me any attention. 5 other customers up front, plus other patrons at tables, had all been waiting 20+ minutes for food- with food being served out of order. Apparently many people had been waiting on fries for that entire time. The only reason this location got 4 stars for the atmosphere was the updated and modern look of the restaurant. Unless you have ample time and nowhere to be, skip this location.
